Great selection and service
Very knowledgeable about their brands and helpful. Good selection of the best pieces from the top luxury brands. Great customer service. I work in the design industry and they are one of my top choices to buy from.

Top service
Great produkt, good price, excellent personal service by mr. Connor Rizza who took away my worries about the display produkt and shipping to Holland and the safety of international card payment. He even tried to help lower the still very expensive transportation costs because of packaging costs and fast plane service to The Netherlands.

Everything But Ordinary for me, turned out to be a very reliable, responsive, and credible online store for high quality and highly stylish furniture pieces. I bought big book shelves, a large dining tables, a stylish mirror from this store. All satisfactory.

Utterly disappointed and let down
I ordered at Everything but ordinary an £1800 bespoke bench designed and manufactured by Porada Italy, the bench arrived with a damaged left side, which I did not notice straight away due to the walnut vein, but within minutes of it being delivered. As I wasn't notified of the delivery time and had no number for the delivery team, I notified the head office within 10mn of them leaving. The 'delivery partners' as they called them, did not check once this high value item that was left in the warehouse around 3 weeks, when unpacked . Everything but Ordinary declined all responsibility, could not show any proof of checks along the supply chain, the owners did not even bother to get to the phone but implied I had damaged the bench myself! I so regret to have bought my Porada piece there, and I want to share the awful way I was treated to potential busy people used to a different kind of service elsewhere. This is not what Porada would like to hear about their beautiful goods either.

Our white-glove deliveries are carried out with the utmost care. It is our standard procedure to notify customers of their delivery window and ensure satisfaction before our delivery team departs. We regret any miscommunication regarding the delivery time.
We also ask customers to inspect and sign off on their items to confirm they are in perfect condition. As you were asked to check the item and proceeded to sign the delivery note confirming the item was in perfect condition after checking it, we were unable to accept any claim for damage.
