I started treatment when they had a 50%…
I started treatment when they had a 50% off deal, paid for 4 sessions under the understanding I would get 8 in total. When I completed the 4 sessions they said I needed to pay for more. When I looked at the invoice they hadn’t mentioned the promotion. Very dissatisfied with the way they went about this.
Some of the team were great, I did have one lady who did inflict a lot of pain and didn’t seem to care when I was evidently uncomfortable.

Zahra is absolutely amazing! She is incredibly professional, kind, and attentive throughout the entire laser session. Shout out to Kaz in Chiswick branch, she is brilliant and always gives her honest advice. I started to laser at Everyskin after consulting with her and couldn’t be more happier with my results. Other technicians could miss some spots, but never had this issue with Kaz. I will continue my treatments with her only.

EverySkin Facial experience - Wandsworth
Had a 75 minute facial with one of the team at EverySkin Wandsworth this morning and received incredible service from the start of the facial to the end with the face massage — training for all staff should be up to this fabulous standard. I previously had also had a facial with Giselle at the same location - she was also spectacular. Only constructive criticism for the experience would be to have cotton sheets to cover the body in summer, rather than fleece blankets, as there was no air con.
