I interacted with Emerald who was extremely kind and helfpfull in cancelling my account. I am very Pleased with the service I received from Emerald.

Beware. I tried to buy a table and 2 chairs for the garden. However, tis was not the company I tried to buy from. This company is based in Cyprus. Hence the prices quoted are in euros. The will take subscriptions every few weeks. Cancel your subscription now and sop further payments

They stole 64 euro from my bankaccount without my persmission. I never have been on there website in my entire life. I bought a product for 2 euro at another company, I thought (gave permission for 2 euro) and suddenly this company has all my information and I have an account and a membership, how strange???? And they take the 2 euro and 3 days later an extra 64 euro from my account for a supposedly membership? And there is no product of 2 euro! So I have been scamed. I want the 64 + 2 euro back a.s.a.p!! Or I will take legal actions. Thank you very much!

I’m absolutely horrified that I fell for this scam. Do NOT sign up for anything! I was an absolute idiot and got carried away with the idea of getting something for (next to) nothing only to realise I’d been scammed! They have taken more money from my account. More fool me. I’m suitably ashamed! And so should they be!!
