I ordered a hoodie from them January 4th 2024. I guess I totally forgot about it until today and looked up the emails and saw I never got a tracking number and it was never sent. I am now trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company *Discover* for the $64 they took from me. So disappointed as I was excited for the hoodie. I wouldn't even care if I was able to still receive it but from what others online and here are saying, they are defunct and stole our money and don't plan to ship anything out.

I initially ordered from them in December and received my order fairly quickly. I made another purchase on January 8th. On January 11th, I received an email from them stating they would need more time. I followed up with them a total of 4 times and asked for a refund. They claimed that they didn't issue refunds. That was the last time I heard from this "company". It's almost a year since my order and still nothing. So they essentially stole a bunch of people's money. I've noticed a couple of look-a-like "companies" popping of Insta/Tik Tok, but I believe it is the same company, but they keep rebranding because they are stealing money from people.

Bought a hello kitty hoodie in January 2024, it is currently November 2024 and I never received any confirmation or anything. They kept telling me they were running behind on orders and then eventually just stopped responding to me. Never got a refund or anything.

They are a SCAM ordered 3 hoodies in January and never received them. I emailed them so many times no reply

Ordered in Jan 2024 - it's October 2024 and they are not responding and the website store is gone. Just a SCAM.

I ordered Jan 21st, it’s Sep 27th. Absolutely nothing. And I can’t even access the website anymore. Even Temu is more reliable then this company…

I ordered on Dec 29th, it's September 16 and I still haven't received mine. They stopped replying to my emails.

Please don't think we are exaggerating... I ordered late January and it's basically mid September. I'm surprised some people are getting responses when they asked when I have not received an email just to say my question was even received. Do not even bother thinking oh I might be a rare case. That's what I thought in January....

Definitely agree with everyone else here. These people are garbage. I also ordered in January,I wanted to be really understanding so just kept checking back,to be met with the same "behind" excuse. Then they literally stopped responding to my emails. Total fraud company.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. SAID IT WOULD BE 12 DAYS N MAYBE A DELAY AND THAT WAS IN FEB. I CHASED THEM FOR MONTHS N NOTHING. DISPUTED WITH MY CARD BC SO HORRIBLE DO.NOT.BUY.

SCAM. Ordered 3 blanket hoodies in January 2024 and have not received them. They stoped answering my emails in march….

Seemed sketchy but comments across socials said the only issue was the 3ish month wait time. Ordered in December. Its now June. 6 months and nothing. They stopped responding in march. In the middle of this all their social accounts randomly disappeared from FB and IG. Came back, and now checking again, their IG is private with no posts and a bio that reads like a scam.

Made my order on December 2023, but never received.

I paid about $70 for a hoodie from eversoto, it could have been more I honestly don't remember at this point because it's been so long. I've emailed the company numerous times about never recieving my package and heard nothing back. I would never recommend a brand less with how non communicative they have been with me, I've also never written a bad review but if I can stop one person from having the experience I've had then I will be happy.

I haven't received my order for 3.5 months. Only update I got was if I emailed them and they said they’re backlogged. BUT people have been saying they ship months late for years and their website continues to promote new items. That’s not backlogged, that’s delivery misinformation. I asked for refund saying I’d report otherwise and no response. I’m convinced they’re a scam. I can’t believe people have been paying for their delivery lies for years.

Haven’t gotten my merch!

It’s been 7 weeks, the store doesn’t even exist anymore. Response on my email.

Do NOT by any means order from them they are just taking peoples money and running that’s why no one has been getting their orders since December I my self have been waiting 4 months and on top that they stop replying to emails and won’t even refund people or tell them what’s going on I even went as far as to get the owners private phone number he answered and then blocked me when I called him out on all the shady stuff happening with his company! They are most definitely a scam company even the models that work for them said they are shady!

I ordered once before from them and got my order in a timely manor, but the 2nd time, Oh boy have I been waiting... I ordered the item on the 20th of January and they still have not given me any updates other than, "We are doing every thing we can to get your order to you as soon as possible" I am very sad about this as the cost of the item isn't that cheap and I could have used that money towards food or bills.
