Customer service

Arranged for someone to come round and leave a quote at 4:30pm.
Having come home from a meeting early the salesman turned up at 6:00 saying he'd been stuck in traffic for an hour, near middlebrook.
We were just leaving the house to go the match. He asked when I was next available , I couldn't give him a date. He then asked if it was something I would be having the job done soon I answered not in the near future, having just lost my wife.
His reply was "oh great" and walked off.
Terrible attitude when I had told them I wasn't having the job done any time soon.
I now wouldn't deal with these if it was free.
Shocking.costumer service.

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BURGLED!

AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BURGLED!
Search for 'Everseal Windows and Doors' on Youtube to see my review of their doors.

My late father used this utter joke of a company to replace our back door in 2011 whilst suffering form the onset of dementia; we were burgled in February 2017 and entry was gained through the Everseal door, which was very strange as the lock was still in place but the door was wide open (I actually found the burglars inside the house on my return!). The police were at a loss to how they got the door open, however the locksmith was able to quickly identify several flaws in the door- the actual door was weak, bendy, of shockingly poor quality and there was a 1cm difference between the size of the door and the frame, so they had simply jammed the door to the side and it came away like flimsy cardboard to allow them to completely ransack our house at their leisure. Initially I was unable to find the receipt as my father who passed away last year had put it in a 'safe' place as people with dementia often do. On finding it I found that it was still under guarantee, this appears to not be worth the paper it's writen on as I have since attempted to contact the company several times through emails, phone calls and am repeatedly fobbed off. 'Janet' as she likes to call herself, likes to tell me that I'll get a call back, or that I'll be getting a letter in the post that still hasn't arrived despite me keeping an eye out for the carrier pigeon. I am now pursuing them through an alternative route. Looking at the reviews left by others these people should be in jail.

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy (well, I might!)

Had to call them back numerous times for numerous faults for things like doors not closing properly, door locks not fitted properly, mismatched windows, wrong glass supplied to name a few. Eventually gave up calling them and paid them to get them off my back as we were getting pretty "heated" phone calls!

Have since noticed even more issues such as front door leaks between the frame and door if you wash it with a hose, front windows & bathroom windows don't close properly to such an extent you can see light between the (wall) frame and window frame. A couple of windows open the wrong way (left to right instead of right to left and vice versa). Also the silicone on the outside of the windows was not replaced, the new windows are simply pushed up against the old silicone.

They promised A rated windows but didn't say anything about A rated fitting :-(

Email replies were extremely short and basic from Everseal and I'm still waiting for some sort of paperwork showing my guarantee years later.

staff rude workmanship poor

All windows and doors to be replaced in residential property. survey was incorrect and ordered wrong size window, two weeks later still no glass in one window. Trying to resolve with office staff only to be told that I had to take day off work. Explained that it was their fault and I couldn't, they terminated phone call and would not talk to me when I phoned again. Wanted low level threshold doors (in contract) but they supplied doors with high threshold, had to accept because the company did not manufacture level access threshold doors, not disable friendly company. Fitting of windows poor and did not bother to clean up after fitting, did not even clean windows.
