I warned them I would do this . . . . They didn't think my concern/complaint merited a response. . . . . Don't order their food sensitivity (or possibly any other blood-based) test without first linin... See more

PROS
1. At-home testing
CONS
1. I had to buy extra needles to poke my fingers.
2. I could not get enough blood.
3. I question the accuracy of my results.
4. The price point was high compared to competitors i.e. AffinityDNA, YorkTest, Cerascreen
LabCorp charges $199 to have in-person testing down with a licensed phlebotomist taking the sample. Everlywell charges the same price without the overhead of a brick and mortar.
Summary: Consider going to a competitor.

Took 3 weeks to get my results back. The website says “Your physician-reviewed results will be ready in your account in a few days.” That is flat out false.

The communication was great! I messed up my first test blotch because I wasn't able to get enough blood. I messaged them and they sent me a new test blotch and extra finger sticks. The results also came quicker than I thought.

I'll continue to use this service however it needs an App for the Google Play store and I would like to see a more consistent results availability for the customer. I took a Testosterone test and mailed it back the same day on 3/3/2025 and the results are still not available as of 3/15/2025.

Tested multiple times with hormone test.
First test progesterone was low and when I questioned why it wasn't flagged low and was marked normal i was told thst all labs have different results and to just trust the lab.
Next test progesterone flagged low 3 months later. Same test and yet could NOT compare results as they used different ways to get results saliva vs blood. Then the units of measurement were different. When questioning I got told that my progesterone the first time actually was low and that lab was just not flagging low progesterone.
Waste of time. See a dr.

I NEVER write reviews but this one merits one. DO NOT waste your money on this test, it is absolutely a waste of money and not accurate at all. If you really want to find out your food sensitivities do either the MRT or ALCAT tests. Its more money but definitely accurate. Ive done the MRT and the Everlywell test. Everlywell was a huge waste and i totally regret trying it. They had an excuse for everything I said that i found was inaccurate.

Everything was fast with no hassle. Straight forward thank you.

My results were what I was wanting. And read almost exactly what I expected. With a few extra pieces of information. Very good experience!

This was a quick and easy process. The only issue I had was pricking my finger and getting enough to fall on the paper and fill the hole. But that was user error. I had only watched the video but once I read the instructions that came with it, it was pretty easy. Would definitely consider using Everlywell again in the future if I need one of the tests they offer.

If you don't bleed easily, it is difficult to fill the card properly. Only provide 2 needle pricks. No customer service number...only email. Results provided fast. Food sensitivity worth trying once for curiosity if you have the disposable income to do it, but as documented in other research, results likely questionable for true food intolerance.

The test is extremely expensive and while I was warned that it was not very accurate it was completely useless. It said I wasn't intolerant to any foods which is so laughably false. You of course cannot get a refund. Do not waste your time or money on this awful test.

Great customer service, fair pricing, quick turn around time for test results and good explanation of tests.

Very helpful staff. The first time I did a blood test, I could not fill the needed circles. The staff was very helpful and reached out with tips that could help. They also sent any new materials that I needed to try again.

Don't be in a hurry. This is not a quick test if your looking for fast results. Directions and test blot do not coincide with each other. Do not recommend. Website is very easy to navigate.

My test results raised a red flag that led to a diagnosis. Knowing that I have this condition gives me the ability to finally treat it and hopefully feel much better soon! This is the 3rd test that I’ve taken through Everlywell over the past few years. And the first time taking the Women’s Health Test. I’ve been impressed with the accuracy of the results when compared to some of my hospital lab results. My doctor’s office was very limited in what they can order, and these tests filled in the blanks! The more that you know about your body the better you can take care of it!
