Awful product. Coating flakes off, grills rust, thermometer breaks. Can’t believe Blumenthal put his name on this garbage.

I placed an order on everdurebyheston over a month ago and have received absolutely nothing. I paid in full, and since then, no product, no shipping update, and worst of all – zero response to my emails. This is completely unacceptable for any business, let alone one claiming to sell premium products.

Customer service is non-existent. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but they ignore every message. At this point, it feels like they just took my money and vanished.

This is a warning to others: Do not trust this site. Save your money and buy from a company that actually ships products and respects its customers. Everdure by Heston – at least the Swedish site – is acting like a scam. I regret ever placing an order here.

4K BBQ element fails and needs replacement every year or 2.
I did get Kettler to respond but now its under WITT Ltd control and I have not had any response to my contact page email or direct email., I will try again one more time. Shame no one responds.

We bought the Everdure Cube, which i thought was great at the start but within a short time the enamel started cracking and base rusting out.

I contact them, hey brushed me off, lodged a warranty claim, left 5 voicemails, was ignored then finally got through on the 6th day. Next day they said they are not replacing cause it was my fault the charcoal was too hot.

WTF??

Considering I have a full Argentinian BBQ out door setup with 4 other types of BBQ, I would NEVER recommend Everdure now, their support and claim process if anything goes wrong it ridiculous.

Very, very disappointing. Now lodging this with Office of Fair Trading just out of principle.
