Booking process is complicated and lack transparency. In a venue in Laval, qc, prices are in CAD and then when it's time to pay it's redirected on your website without any mention that the prices are in USD. And no recap before paying, which is a big lack of transparency.
Also, i would love to recieve the tickets with the confirmation, the day of the purchase, not the day before the show with 23 steps to log in.

As for the delivery method, unfortunately the series of steps to access the transferred tickets are not decided or controlled by Event Tickets Center. These requirements are set by the venue and/or event promoter and required to gain access to the event.

I am 78. Your site did not send me my tickets for Jay Leno this Friday after I paid. All attempts at contact have been with an automated system. Seems like deceptive and fraudulent.

Scam. I ordered tickets on Friday. Received an immediate response, but no tickets. After numerous texts asking where my tickets were, the order was filled at 3:53 on Sunday, almost an hour into the sporting event.
