Really bad company
Really bad company. I purchased a ticket for Snoop Dog over 2 years ago and because of Corona it was delayed which is understandable.
But now its cancelled for September with no date on when its happening.
I contact them for my money back and they tell me to email some other company. This other company does not respond to emails or answer the phone.
I told Eventim this and they tell me it's not their problem then stopped responding. I would think the company I paid the money to would be the one to give me my money back. Instead, it looks like I am getting nothing back.
Ticketmaster do not do this, they give you a refund as any normal company would. Sounds like this company is a bit of a scam and I would advise to avoid using them at all cost
Note: They even say in their terms and conditions they will refund you if the concert is cancelled and no other concert is scheduled, which is the case. Nothing about making us go to other companies to try to get our many back.

I will NEVER buy from this company again and strongly advise any other person to do the same.

Don’t trust! Never received the postmail tickets
Never received the postmail tickets, not it is impossible to visit the concert that I paid over 170 euro for! My advise; don’t trust this.

No refund for event postponed to one year after? Must be joke..
I have bought a ticket to an event that supposed to be in 15.03.2020 but the show could not be performed due to covid-19 and it was postponed to next year.
I demanded money refund for the event that will take place almost one year after. Even though I had also have a ticket insurance, they refused to make refund.
I do not know whether I can trust them for next events.

Took out insurance with Eventim for the tickets just in case something happens. Sure enough the morning of the show the dog gets sick and vomits everywhere and can barely stand. Take him to the vet and miss the show. Thinking insurance is for EXACTLY this kind of thing... well guess again. No money, no show, nothing to show for it. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS CRIMINAL EVENT INSURANCE FROM THESE FRAUDS.

What this solution will look like depends on various factors and, unfortunately, is not yet clear.
Eventim was only tasked with facilitating ticket sales for the concert and has not yet been instructed by Hohenstein Konzerte to take next steps to settle with ticket buyers.
Unfortunately, we have to ask you for some extra patience and hope to come up with more news any time soon.
