Absolutely rubbish at event organisation!!!
My daughter booked a princess prom event in Leicester to be attended on Monday 20th July 2026 and it was paid for in November 2025.
This was for myself, my daughter and two granddaughters aged 4 years and 6 years old.
Myself, my daughter and my son’s wife arranged their summer holidays around the princess prom date. I also had a piano lesson that I had to re arrange due to the prom.
On 17th July 2026 my daughter had ‘a reminder email’ to say don’t for get the princess prom in Leicester on 20th and in brackets (cancelled)!!
That was it!
Couldn’t get hold of anyone until Monday morning when the Athena Theatre answered the phone and confirmed it was cancelled THREE months before!
The Princess Prom group confirmed that they had to cancel three months previously.
Neither were their fault that Eventbrite hadn’t bothered to let us know and you can imagine how devastated the two little girls were!
If we had been told then we may have been able to take them to a different venue.
The reaction, when my daughter eventually spoke to someone at Eventbrite, “you’ll get your money back in 10 working days”.
No apology, no caring two little girls were devastated just ‘so what’!
Abysmal company that I will never do business with again.
Disgusted grandmother.

It took literally 9 attempts to get your website to process my payment. It would not connect properly with Apple Pay at all. Between the inability to filter results more effectively, I really dislike using this website and will try to avoid using it in the future to go directly to the vendors.
