Very poor customer service.

I tried to cancel my order before 3 days before it was shipped. I called and was told to send an email, which I did — but received no response.

Despite contacting them in advance, the order was still shipped without any reaction. It was extremely difficult to get in touch, and when I finally did, my request was simply ignored.

Communication is a disaster. Based on this experience, I would not trust this store, especially if any support or warranty is needed later.

Would not recommend.

Incredibly good shopping experience it was shopping from Evelostore. I bought a BIG Weber grill that weighed 136 Kg on a Tuesday and received delivery Friday the same week from Latvia to Sweden! Big thanks to Ivo Viļumovs for quick responses and help with the purchase. Everything has arrived completely and nicely with FedEx. as promised!

Delivery was fast! No problem.

I purchased an item online using paypal. I received acknowledgment for payment immediately, but nothing thereafter. Who knows what happened. Paypal gave me a refund without any fuss. thank you paypal.

The site is real, but I'd suggest avoiding this store. Here is my experience:

Website usability:
+ On desktop, the store works fine and is intuitive.
- On mobile though, one cannot access the "my account" page through the user interface; so you cannot see/edit your addresses, order information or history, alerts or anything related to the account.
- Even if English is selected as website language, some details like shipment information is still shown in Latvian.
+ I ordered a bike on 27 of august 2025 and the ordering process ON THE WEBSITE went smooth.

Customer support:
- automated, none

The delivery:
- Now they say delivery in 1-4 working days and since I'm not from Latvia I knew it was going to take longer even if they do not mention estimated delivery times to other countries on their website. In my case, after 5 working days of no news, not even sending the bike, I wrote an email in which I explicitly said I would like to withdraw from the purchase and expect a full refund. After just 2 hours of me sending the email, I receive an email notifying me that the order was SHIPPED -- RED FLAG.
I said ok, let's wait for it to get here. Spoiler - it took 5 more working days to get to me. That wouldn't have been such a big problem but as soon as it arrivved I took it(still sealed) to a specialised bike garage to assemble it - I got lucky they had free time and took it immediately so I stayed there.

- Crankset was not as specified on website Shimano GRX RX600, 46/30T (around 100EUR) INSTEAD they sent some Prowheel Forge crankset (around 20EUR)
- The brakes they sent were not as specified on webiste "Shimano BR-UR300, Hydraulic disc brake" they sent cheap ZOOM brakes.
- The brake discs were both bent
- Front rim also bent
- The bottom bracket and crank arm was scratched on both sides

I spent an EXTRA $450 to fix these (The bike was 777EUR) and replace the brakes with SHIMANO ones + get the Crankset the bike should've had!

Overall bad, bad, bad experience, save yourself time and money use other serious European bike stores. What I used and recommend Decathlon or Bike24 or Merlyn Cycles.

Don't buy there, this is not a real bike shop.

Website seems really legit and presents them as a Latvian bike shop. I have placed an order more than 3 weeks ago. No news of it and no answers to my emails.
