Great Customer Experience
I was very pleased with the installation experience using Charge. The service provided was very professional and friendly. Amelia was the first point of contact and was able to answer all my queries and also ensure that the charger we ordered fulfilled our requirements. The installation team had my charger fitted and working within a couple of hours and gave me a demonstration of how to use the charger.

Charge provided exceptional service
Charge provided exceptional service and communication during the installation of my electric vehicle charger. From the start, their team promptly addressed my enquiries, ensuring I was well-informed. The admin and installation process was seamless from beginning to end. Their attention to detail and professionalism both highly commendable. Fantastic Customer Service. Highly recommended
The team from start to finish were amazing. Amelia could not do enough for us, she kept us up to date through the whole process, very quick, efficient and very reasonable in price. Adam and colleague (sorry forgot your name) who came to fit the charger were friendly, explained the fitting and how to work everything. We cannot thank u enough for such amazing customer service.
