Outstanding Customer Service and High-Quality Product!

I recently purchased an EV charging cable from EV Cable Shop, but unfortunately, the length I chose turned out to be too short for my setup. I contacted their customer service team to explain the issue and inquire about exchanging it for a longer one.

They were incredibly helpful and responsive right from the start – no hassle at all! They promptly sent me a prepaid return label, and the original item was collected the very next day. The replacement longer cable arrived shortly afterward, with fast delivery as promised.

The price was a bit overpriced turned up within 3 working days. Upon opening the box I found just the cable and a Velcro strap holding the cable together upon unravelling the cable it was not very thick . I plugged into my outside wall electric box then plugged into my car where it came up on my car app on my phone it was charging at 5 miles per hour which a charge of 80% would take about 24 hrs .which is very slow for a charging cable .After using it for a few times I noticed that the plug was getting hot and was melting I think they need to look at there power supply going through the plug .the charger box was very easy to use not one I would be recommending to others you need to do your homework on what cables you buy
