I luv the robes that I purchased. They were delayed as they were coming international a as nd during the pandemic. But well worth the price and wait. Just like the picture and the fabric is easy to care for.

I don’t like polyester.
Your clothes are cute but why do you make them with such cheap material?

Thx the quality is good and the size didn’t fit me it was not accurate for three x large or more

I was very leery about buying from here but everything seemed legit!! We received all 5 items yesterday. Sometimes clothes have a weird chemical smell but not these. All were very well made and packaged in separate, cute bags and pkged in a bigger bag. Shipping was pretty fast from over seas. I would definitely buy from here again. Worth every penny!!

I ordered a beautiful robe from Eva Trends. Tracking was impossible so I emailed costumer service for an accurate tracking number, which I received. I then tracked my package to be delivered the wrong area code in my city. I have emailed Eva Trends NUMEROUS times about not receiving the robe I paid for and that I would like a refund. The responses I received were "have you checked your mailbox...." and to call the courier company myself to track down my package. This is NOT the customers responsibility to track down a misdelivered package. After asking for a refund I have no received any email back. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I have paid in full for a robe I never received and am now being ignored. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

I have been waiting almost two months for my refund. I'm still waiting. I send back the piece on time (paying almost 15 euros) but they have never give me a serious answer since that. I feel angry, frustrated and afraid of losing my money...

Didn’t receive my product for a while, but emailed about it and told the item I had ordered was now out of stock. The team told me to pick out a new item to be sent, and despite the new item being more expensive, they did not require me to pay more. The product itself looks exactly like on the website and is very good quality. Overall am very happy and will shop here again!

The clothes looked nothing like advertised. Returned my order with tracking number, didn't even receive my whole order. Only offered me 15% which was 8 dollars out of 56. Don't waste your money.

I love “The Bond Of Love Checkered Print Cropped Overall Dungarees” and “Jump For Joy Floral Print Cotton Overalls Dungaree” that I ordered. I am working at a garden this summer where it can get pretty hot. They are perfect for keeping cool and comfortable, and the latter overalls also protect my legs from mosquitos in the mornings. Also, they are simply so cute! I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a thank you gift with my order. My only issue with my whole order was tracking it. I had a difficult time ever knowing where it was until it arrived in my country. But, I am still very happy with my order!

I ordered online right before Covid took off and had to return the robe I bought bc it was too small. The process was cumbersome, but I used the text help on their site and it was infinitely better. Someone named Dani helped me through the process of reordering, and even helped me make sure my new robe would fit.

Definitely a scam. Said they would send me a refund and it never happened and they stopped respond to my emails. I am not going to provide my name or order number. Respond to the multiple emails I have sent you

I ordered some cute overalls from EvaTrends and although they took a few weeks to get here, I was happy with my order. The overalls are exactly as shown, and are made of very durable materials! Being a tall women I am used to things being short for me, but EvaTrends was willing to help me with whatever I needed exchange wise! Very helpful and understanding customer service!

I ordered a coral coloured kimono and I absolutely love it!
The pattern and material are beautiful and the stitching is perfect! Worth every penny.
Yes it did take a lengthy period of time to arrive due to global delays with shipping and a direct result of Covid19. It was worth the wait.

I ordered and received 2 kimonos. Both are beautiful silk. They come with an Obi as well. The small size fits my size 2 properly. Thanks to all of you out there working to have made this happen for me. I absolutely adore my kimono!!!

Fraud. You’ll never get your items or a refund

I bought a kimono. The item came with some defects, lower quality than expected. I tried to reach customer service a few times by e-mail, no phone number or chat window. They finally got back to me one week after my first e-mail. They offered to give me a 50% refund or to exchange it for another one. I took the 50%, as I didn't think it was worth the full amount. I would have prefer a higher quality item (and pay full price for it), but I'm still happy with the end results.

I paid for this item over 2 months ago and nothing has come. no response to my emails. No phone number to call. I am now going to report them to the authorities but i doubt much will be done.
