Excellent, helpful and professional
The printer I wanted seems to be difficult to get at the moment. Evaris had some and I placed an order, which was accepted. But next morning I had an email to say the last two had been ordered just before me and before the website had updated. However, they had tracked down one elsewhere which I could have at the same price if I wanted it. That arrived within about 5 days. The email communication was quick and friendly (Hannah Armstrong) as well as very professional - I have rarely experienced anything so good anywhere.

Top Rate Faultless Service
Ordered a Cisco switch from Evaris. The specific model was unavailable and incidentally, also EoL.
I was contacted shortly afterwards, and the situation was clearly explained. An alternative device was suggested and quoted for, which I proceeded to purchase.
Delivery was less than 24 hours later.!
Fantastic service all round from the Evaris Team, and based on my experience I would definitely recommed this seller.

Amazing service & very speedy delivery
Amazing customer service & very speedy delivery of a new laptop.
I found a laptop on this site that I couldn't get anywhere else - it was highly rated and looked perfect. I started a live chat and Hannah was incredibly helpful in follow ups via email. I made the payment just before 5pm one day and the laptop arrived the following morning which was brilliant for my work.

Hannah was really helpful in organising the purchase of a laptop I required. The service was prompt and courteous as well as being very efficient. They used UPS for shipping who are one of the best couriers in my experience. The laptop arrived as promised the next day. Would definitely use again.

Great Service! After weeks of waiting for a HP laptop ordered direct from HP I cancelled the order. Ordered from Evaris instead and it arrived the next working day. Excellent! I had a query I asked by online chat and it was answered promptly and efficiently. Although the price was perhaps a little higher it was worth it to get the product I wanted when I needed it. Would definitely purchase from Evaris again.

I’m really sorry to hear your funds haven’t yet been returned to your account by your card issuer. Evaris has not at any time debited funds from your account. We only take payment at the point of despatch and since we were unable to fulfil your order, no money was debited by us. When you placed your order, we preauthorised your card which essentially means we temporarily reserved the funds pending the processing of your order. We subsequently cancelled your order which simultaneously also cancelled the reservation of the funds tied to your order. Due to the way the current banking systems work, it can take several business days before your bank or card issuer reassigns the funds back to your available balance but rest assured, Evaris have not at any point taken any payment from you.
