Bought a mityvac tool, brilliant to deal with a great collection service and quality tool as described

Not one for reviews but this company are excellent, ordered a hard to find part , had it two days later and worked perfectly, would differently deal with again,

Just received my order this morning. Just want to say i'd givethem ten out of ten for their business. Great product range all at reasonable prices, Ordered the part late Sunday night and it arrived this Tuesday morning.

I can't recommend this company highly enough for the exceptional help and customer service it provided. The representative went completely out of his way to help me track down a part for my lawnmower, even though it was very difficult to find. His patience and willingness to help me were truly outstanding. He took the time to investigate every possible option and kept me informed throughout the entire process, genuinely caring about helping me rather than simply making a sale. His knowledge and professionalism were second to none, and he could not have been more helpful or courteous. I must say on a personal level that customer service of this standard is extremely rare these days and this man deserves the highest praise. I am incredibly grateful for all his efforts and would wholeheartedly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Super communication, when items ready the email pho6o of item and of it packaged. Tracking usually with dpd is excellent...have used them a few times now and have to say consistently good service.

Ordered a number of parts now and am extremely happy with service. Easy to use website, fast delivery exactly as stated on website all at very competitive price . Also collected an item from their premises. Genuine and helpful staff adds to the experience. Will be first place to look when needing parts in future.

very good company i order a belt for my longmower it was a wrong one i said a email about it and they rung me back that was my fault he send me a email for the proper one i sent it away and got it it is ok now if anyone order of this company if you are not sure give them a ring or send them a email and they will guide you write do not make a mistake like me they are good thank you for helping me

Bought a new mower deck without understanding how to actually measure the deck. First time changing a deck so was making certain assumptions like both spindles were 5 star which was incorrect in my case. Was also dreading having to contact them by email to organise the return but they responded immediately. It was just like a chat service. The employee was so helpful in every way. Honestly couldn't say anything bad about them. I ordered the deck last Sunday. Received an order dispatch that evening and it was delivered on Tuesday morning
