I was unsure about spending the money on a private driver to Germany at first. I considered renting a car and going on my own, but decided I didn’t want to try and navigate it all and wanted to relax and enjoy the trip. I was looking forward to seeing Meissen, Moritzburg and Dresden, but also wanted to see the Bastei Bridge. I messaged the company and asked and they were very accommodating, notified me of the surcharge and added it to my trip. My driver, Tomas, was simply the best. He walked with me so I knew where to go and didn’t just wonder aimlessly, was patient when I needed to slow down or stop and take a break, easy to talk to and he took so many wonderful photos of me- memories I wouldn’t have had otherwise as a solo traveler. I just can’t say enough good things about him. At the end of the day, I felt like I was saying goodbye to a friend, not just a driver. Worth every € and more! Thanks again, Tomas. I had an excellent journey from Munich to Eaglesnest and Hallstatt by a private driver Jakob. He was on time, reliable, obliging, always polite and very friendly. When we were separated by the tour excursions throughout the day he kept in touch and was always at the meeting spot on time. Very much appreciated.

Our driver picked us up promptly at our hotel in Bratislava, and we stopped by Devin Castle (my son’s favorite castle out of 5 that we saw in Slovakia). We had 2 hours to see the entire castle complex (history from Roman times up to current) as well as for lunch. We had plenty of time and the driver was patient and super helpful. They gave us water and brought us safely and quickly to Budapest. They were professional and organized. It made for a great day! I highly recommend them for transfers and tours!

The driver was not only punctual but he was informative and professional period to transport provided was above average and we would certainly use them again don't waste your time with a discount company as you get what you pay for

Guide spoke good English. The drive was smooth and the vehicle comfortable, clean. We were provided water at the start. We were provided with opportunities to experience places not originally scheduled. The guide, Jan, was courteous and we enjoyed our conversations with him.

Irrespective of the last minute request, Viator was kind enough to accommodate a date change without any hassles as our flight was delayed. The communication and response was super fast from Viator. Dinka our Chauffer did a phenomenal job of driving us and bringing us back safely on time. He was extremely courteous, helpful and very friendly with great guidance during the trip. He has maintained the car in top condition in great cleanliness. Thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Amazing service! Alex was very kind and even gave us some history about Croatia while he drove us from split to Dubrovnik.

We booked a private driver to take us from Lugano to Zurich with a two hour stop to see Lucerne. Marcel picked us up and we asked him to take the St Goddard Pass (a longer but more scenic route) it was absolutely gorgeous, and is a little "harrowing", and it began to rain, but Marcel is totally professional and gave us a safe and beautiful scenic drive. Our guide Tomas was professional, courteous and friendly. He provided helpful tips on the area. We had a wonderful day touring Mondsee, St. Gilgen and Lake Wolfgang. The gondola located in St. Gilgen to the top of alp provided excellent trails and spectacular views! Highly recommend taking the trip. Mondsee has a beautiful trail around the lake that is pleasant. For those fans of the Sound of Music, Mondsee is where you find the cathedral for the wedding in the movie. Europe Journey did an excellent job with communication before our trip with prompt response to any questions we had. Thank you Tomas for a wonderful experience we really enjoyed our day.

We had a wonderful driver transport us from Vienna to Salzburg. We stopped along the way to go to Hallstatt and our driver recommended we take a little boat across the lake to avoid some of the traffic. It was a wonderful suggestion and we really enjoyed seeing the beautiful lake. I highly recommend this company for transportation.

Today went very smoothly. I was impressed with Martin our driver. He was excellent! Very kind, punctual, knowledgeable, super careful and reliable. Fantastic! The ride was very comfortable, and we got to stop in Ston for the oyster experience! I would highly recommend using this service for transferring from Dubrovnik to Split or vice versa.

We had an amazing experience with Dinko on our trip from Split to Mostar and Međugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina. From the moment we started our journey, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
One of the highlights of the trip was listening to Dinko explain Croatian history during the drive. His insights made the journey so much more interesting and gave us a much deeper appreciation for the region and its culture.
Throughout the day, he was excellent at communicating where he would be waiting for us, which made everything stress-free and easy. He also pointed us toward all the best spots to visit, ensuring we made the most of our time in both Mostar and Međugorje.
