very bad experience with Europcar…

very bad experience with Europcar Perfect Auto Rentals Limited office in Nadi Airport Fiji and with the clerk so-called Nilesh (no family name given to us)
Europcar Perfect Auto Rentals in Nadi Airport Fiji charge to my credit care more than the full cost i've already payed to Rentalcars.com. Now i have to proceed by legal ways. We had the bad luck to have been assisted by a person who say his name and family name is both Nilesh and who didnt give to us the possibility to do any written complain for the bad mechanical condition we found the car: suspentions were broken, the seats were 5 instead of 7 we booked. a very bad experience.
