Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company. I paid for the service and they did not come to pick up the package, saying I was not home (i was) i even paid gor second attempt, but they did not come, not even on third attempt. I was home all three days but they just never picked up the package and say they were unable to come. They don’t want to give money back. Crazy

Incompetent company!!

Incompetent company!!! They lost my delivery worth €600. Which was insured for €100 only. I took the risk. However my claim of the insured amain was confirmed they decided again differntly because i had no picture of the parcel.

They didnt pick up the parcel

They didnt pick up the parcel. Sad it was wrong adress...but it was not ! Never payed back the amount nor replied on emails ! Not the first time its problem with them. Using seur insted. No third part and always pick up and deliver on time !

Unprofessional operator

I sent 12 parcels over 3 months, everything which wasn't clothing came damaged, destroyed, despite warnings on the packages and all packed safely and thoroughly.
Following the pickup of first lot damaged, 3 months ago, I sent email to the company, unfortunately up to this day no response. The last lot, 3 parcels is missing all together.
No one to contact here in Poland to follow it up, Australia is not responding either.
Most unprofessional, dodgy people I have ever dealt with.
Do not ever use their service, please. They should be closed up permanently!

NEVER USE THIS COMOANY!!
The customer service is so rude. They did not show up, they sent label to print on my box but the driver didn't show up. I have been waiting a week now and calling them every day. They give me collection time but nedver shows up! Waste of time and money!

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY.
I contacted them to send 3 parcels with new born baby's items to my sister in Italy, from London, UK.
I paid £75 for the delivery. They collect the parcels, in the meantime my sister was asked to pay £60 custom tax in Italy and after they said that the parcel can't be sent to the final destination and that I have to pay another £75 to receive my parcels back to London. After I made the payment I received back to London two parcels instead of 3, the most valuable one suddenly got lost....me and my sister lost together £210 and one valuable parcel. I will try to get the police involved.

the most unprofessional company

Wooow the most unprofessional and terrible company I ever try.
After they forget to pick my luggage the day before I plane to leave,they completely ignore my request to delete the order and refund my money,then they sent a courier after the week end and pick anyways my luggage,but I was not there and a friend was waiting for a reliable service I paid (UPS I LOVE THEM), do she ask to the courier if he was from ups and he just say yes and get my stuff.
Then they send me a mail that I have to pay more if I want to get my stuff and of course I did it. After almost 1 week my luggage came and some stuff from inside is missing.
The same day ups came and pick the rest of my stuff wich arrived after 2 days from my delivery.

Ecoparcel never apologise/contacted me neither answer to my mail.
So europarcel I'm still waiting someone that can explain me where my stuff is and maybe refund me due all this problem and lack of care.

I will never and ever use them again and I suggest to everyone to do not rely on them for important things.

Maybe Europarcel you should consider to change job and do somethings that you can do in a decent and professional way cause you got my money and I had only stress not answer from you and no luggage with me.
I would give you 0 stars but it's no possible.

Very late delivery

I sent my parcels on 11.09.2021 from Sydney to Slovakia. Europarcel assured me that it will all arrive before Christmas (max 3 months after sent).

At the beginning of December I emailed Europarcel to ask when can I expect the packages. They said it won’t be before Christmas because of ports being clogged. Of course, I was disappointed because I had my Christmas gifts in the packages.

I sent total of 5 packages and received them all in different dates. Two in January (13), two in March (3) and one in April (11). Btw, last package was on the way 7 months and packages were arriving in different containers?!

I never knew when they are arriving because:

1, no proper tracking from Europarcel to check location,
2, my phone number wasn’t print properly on the copy paper (instead of 035 it was 055),
3, dates of arrival of containers changed at least 6 x times,
4, parcels didn’t come together.

After fixing the number with Europarcel and courier companies, I started to search for some information. If you want to track the package, there are no answers.

After my attempts to get some info from Europarcel, I emailed and called DOMA services, a company in Poland who receives containers with packages and cooperates with Europarcel.

I found a web where you can track your package (only after it arrived to Poland).

This was helpful because I could see when DPD/GLS courier picked up my package and call the info centre. As they had the wrong phone number, I had to update it.

Make your own opinion. Guarantee of three months and FB ad ‘Send Christmas gifts’ were lies. There is no guarantee in time at all.

Two stars ** just because I received the parcels after all. The company needs proper tracking. Maybe creating tracking app for customers would help.

I hope this review will motivate you to improve mainly customer service, cooperation and tracking.

If you know corona is affecting ports and delivery, give people this information before they send packages or give discounts/refunds. Don’t promise things you can’t guarantee.

This is one of the ridiculous company I…

This is one of the ridiculous company I have ever dealt with. There is no structure, no communication and no solutions. The only option to contact them is to write endless emails to machines!!!!
No customer service
No fairness
Extra stress for no guarantee of any pickup and delivery time
They want people to sit on street all day from dawn to dust not even leaving for a single second because ghost drivers can't see and can't contact
On top They asking to pay for insurance I guess they should pay back for all the inconvenience
There is no single good thing about them!!!

This is 100% a scam.

This is 100% a scam.
There's no actual service, no customer support, no way of contacting them.
I have 50 euros locked into my acc. there, and the only "help" article says to open a ticket, to have them refunded, but there's no way anywhere on the website to actually opening a ticket for anything.

Very poor customer service. Not recommended.

Very poor customer service.
I can't recommend Europarcel after the issue with my parcel.

I got only warm words by email once GLS has not deliverey my parcel properly, but no suppport at all from Europarcel. Contradictory they disappeared in silence and never replied to my complains (except the useless initial reply saying they were sorry).

Finally I had to solve my issue with GLS totally by myself.

Hope Europarcel will disappear from the market very soon.
