The shipping of my belongings was done by Europack.ca in a timely manner and without any issues. Good customer care. The service is slightly expensive considering the amount of stuff I was shipping but it's good quality overall.

Furniture and items sent from Montreal to Australia. The process was efficient. Once the paperwork and payment were submitted, they made an appointment to come and pack the items. The packing was well done. The items were crated and eventually sent by boat. Once the items arrived in Australia, the Australian team was just as efficient and helpful.

Jodie was prompt and efficient coming to price up our move from Canada to Spain.
We finally got dates and booked Europack and the two guys turned up and packed quickly / efficiently / with humor and professionalism.

The whole service was good and then when the situation changed beyond our control suddenly they were awesome making the return trip seamless and painless and we were fortunate the container hadn’t shipped over to Spain but they arranged it all for the container to arrive at our rental in Canada the morning after we arrived home.

Europack’s approach to communication was nothing short of revolutionary: they didn’t. We handed over a small pallet of beloved life belongings to this moving company in 2024 to set up for a new chapter in New Zealand. Basic updates about our items such as where they were, when they might arrive - or the fact the shipment had been delayed for months by port strikes in the USA - were left largely for us to work out by telepathy. As a final bonus, Europack generously left out any heads up that we’d have to spend another two weeks’ wages for import fees in New Zealand, despite paying for port to door service. They’ll move your stuff and move you to the brink of insanity.

Excellent service! Everything arrived in excellent condition from Canada to South America. Good price, Punctuality. Great communication. 100% recommended.

An initial quote of 13250 CAD for an international move... and an extra charge of 5540 CAD!!
If you try to ask for justification they will just hold your belongings and ask for more extra storage fees...
Be aware that Brytor and Europack are owned by the same group: IMS Moving Company!
Same way of stealing people! Go and check for Brytor review... You'll find the same thing happen to a lot of people.
Bringing them to court, no other options.

Excellent service moving me from Vancouver Canada to London UK in February 2023. This was a painfree move - in what could have been a very stressful process. Europack led the way in a very professional manner on both ends of the move. I could not have been more pleased.

I’m still waiting for a domestic move from the uk to alberta. 6 months later and it hasn't arrived yet. The original quote was doubled by the end of the transfer. And I have to initiate every update. No one seems the least bit interested in dealing with my concerns. I get polite apologies and no action. The bill was raised at every step and I had to pay before they would proceed. I feel exploited and that my personal goods have been hostage for 6 months now.

Europack needs to take more consideration of the package they are holding: the 2 first boxes they unloaded, the guy just left them fall on the floor front of my door. Now I am fighting to get damages paid at a right value as it was old dishes... breakage only in these 2 boxes. Also, they were contracted to pack a statue: they screwed it and I received the artefact, head below and scratched...

We moved from Vancouver to Johannesburg. A door to door package we decided on. What a joke!!!! After long delays of arrival of the vessel we were presented with an additional 4000$ invoice all covered under a 5 letter synonym(NVOCC), which are apparently not part of a dod. We had particular asked about any possible additional costs that could await us in South Africa. EuroPack being mostly clueless; we were told those costs should not be too high. They come to a third of the quoted shipping costs!!!!
And invoices are still poring in from other middleman that try for handouts.

In August 2020 I contacted Europack to help me bring over some furniture of great sentimental value that my family in France had given to me.
I received the shipment in Toronto 5 weeks after pick up from rural France. Everything was extremely well packed and documented; I was thrilled with the service and the very good communication with the Canadian representative.
I would recommend this service to everyone.

I have moved from Paris, France to Montreal, Canada, I have found a specialized International Mover Canada-France and have booked, They gave me a better price than the one that I got in France and and I booked with them. Just wanted to say that all went good and that is the reason I wanted to express my appreciation to this company.

Do not use this company. 8 months on and I still do not have all my things. My hot tub is in a warehouse in France somewhere with no delivery date anytime soon. The company quoted for it and I increased the insurance payment to cover it. They don't call or email. I chase them all the time in the calgary office and Paris office. An absolute joke. Money in full up front but complete bad management. The company they use in France is Bailey and they showed up with 2 crated motorbikes and no lifting equipment to unload so they ripped open the crate with a hammer and crow bar then removed the bike and balanced it on a narrow lift. They then dragged it across the courtyard. The crate was destroyed. They had no dolly/sap truck so used mine when it got unpacked. It was so painful to watch. You put your trust in a company that has your whole life in a shipment. So upsetting and stressful

I had my belongings shipped from Victoria BC, Canada to Denmark.
Khalifa was great - always quick to respond to emails and to explain things that were unclear to me. My things got packed extremely well and the container was shipped fast. The whole process was very quick and smooth. It arrived on schedule and every piece was intact. Khalifa´s service went beyond my expectations. THANK YOU, Khalifa!

Do not use this company. We are still waiting for our belongings 2 months on and they still have no intention of shipping them. They quoted 4x the amount of the original quote after packing our belongings. They have been paid in full and we still don't have our belongings. They don't reply to emails and BMW have now started proceedings to take them to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will regret it.

This company is a scam. Please google this thoroughly before you fall for their low prices. They will send you another bill once the shipment is in transit (after a 3 month delay) and if you don’t pay they threaten you with storage charges in your new country. Google Jacques Monier. You will see what I’m talking about. Lots of reviews on this guy and his companies that he keeps changing their names.

My shipment arrived safely.
Nothing was lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise messed with -- in my mind this nothing short of a miracle!
And for some reason Colombian Customs did not charge me duty on the shipment (it could have been 15% of the value.)
