Ordered and paid for 9 pins. A few others were out of stock when I tried to order. My order arrived with 8 pins instead of 9. I contacted them to ask for the pin to be shipped. They sent a refund with no explanation. When I queried this I was told the pin wasn't in stock. Which they would have known when they didn't pack and ship it. But they didn't contact me or refund for it until I contacted them. They were quite happy to keep my money and say nothing, probably hoping I wouldn't notice the missing pin. Also the €7.99 delivery fee is extortionate for a padded envelope sent by regular post which cost about €2 total. Buyer beware.

Eurofussballnet has cancel my trustpilot and tryed to delete the e-mail contact (I still have All the e-mail from both me and Them). They claim that they are a good Company meentime making a Threat!!!!! I am sure they Will give me a bad answer again and try to delete the Trustpilot.
I am sorry I didn't read the Trustpilots before I ordered christmaspresenst for my son!
They wrote to me that they Will NOT send me my order or return my money before I delete "this ...." I wrote on trustpilot!!!! Freedom of speach they don't like in their so called "costumer Care".
Now they write "keine Valide Bestellnummer" so my Trustpilot can't be seen! Funny since I have emails with my order! How could they take my money without a valid ordernumber?
Once again my trustpilot has been stopped by Eurofussballnet shortly after trustpilot had made it visible again. This time the write it is becauce of "sprachbarrieren"!!!
Next time I Will spend my money somewhere else.

I payed the company the 24 of November and have never recieved my goods (a barcelona backpack and a hat). The company did assure me that the goods were on their way everytime I contacted them, but after two months the items have not showed up. When I complained to Eurofussball they have not replied back. I do not think the goods will ever come - and I have lost the money since I payed by international transfer. That I wasn't able to pay by credit card should have warned me, but I believed the company - I should never have done that. Stay away from them!!!

I ordered some christmas presents for my son in the start of december 2014. All goods were on stock, but I only received 2 of them the day before New Years eve and the last 2 I still have not received even though I have written like 20 times and it is 8-9 month ago.

12 month later I still haven't got my goods or my money only the answer that they have been charge 89,90 Euro for this review and that I will have to pay this before I'll get my goods - you must be kidding me
