I recently worked for the IT infrastructure team and alls I can say is that the office environment there is toxic as f***. The people there are petty, B!tchy and 2 faced. I walked out after 3 weeks of working there when I was pulled up in a probation meeting about some mild things that I'd said to other staff members, one of which was supposed to be a compliment towards a HR woman (she was wearing a nice dress - what the hell is wrong with saying that?) which I was told was innapropriate behaviour (grow the f*** up!) and also the fact that I was taking my half an hour lunch break that I was entitled to, after I'd eaten my snack type food at my desk that I'd brought in, while I was working. Eating whilst working is not a break! And if I'm hungry or thirsty, I will eat and drink if I f***ing feel like it!
Also, I was told that there would be on site parking when I was interviewed for the job and when I got the job, I was then told in the employment induction when I started that I couldn't park on site because there wasn't enough spaces for everyone so HR decided that I'd have to park offsite - A place that was a 10 minute walk down the road at a cricket club they rent out. It would have been nice to have been told this before I started!
My manager and a guy who he worked closely with, who was also a manager of another tech section who didnt directly manage me, would b!tch about people from other departments who would come in to ask for technical help. And they'd also b!tch about other members of the helpdesk tech support team for Eurofins who were based elsewhere.
Basically, Eurofins are like a Mcdonalds business model where different departments are their own franchise so if you deal with one part of Eurofins, its a completely different business to another department of Eurofins, but they're all just under the same brand. I didn't like the business model because it was a right pain to supply tech support for in a technical context.
Basically though, when working there, HR - a team of petty women, rule the place and the Infrastructure Team are lead by a pair of b!tchy, 2 faced guys who would be better joining the petty women in HR tbh.
One of the worst places I've ever worked and I'd rather be unemployed for the rest of my life than go back
to work here.
The mind surely boggles at how much money these cowboys makes. you would think they could use that money to employ maybe just one person to respond to emails?.... Maybe ? I know this could be quite a radical ideal!
long story short, I received a postive PCR 5 days after my day 2, which in itself is utterly awful.
I was unconvinced I had covid as i had taken PCRS the three days prior all clear, loads of LFs and Zero symptoms.
So i phoned them to find out what was going on, they couldnt tell me the accuracy or efficacy of theit PCRs and they fobbed me off. They told me to go get an NHS PCR to confirm i was positive or if i was negative they promised to refund all the tests I had paid for that week.
NHS PCR came back negative but due to being false positive, I lost a chunk of sef employed work. Now im emailing them every single day, which is about as much use as writing a letter putting it in a bottle and throwing it into the sea.. in fact that might actually have a higher chance of getting a response.
If anyone from the company ever reads of responds to this look at your unread emails (im sure there are a few) and search Chris Clark to see the thread of messages to you.

Went to Heathrow drive through at 10am - very dirty and waterclogged parking area. Result was retest. Forced to look elsewhere and slots not available to allow me to travel in time. Dreadful and unhelpful with no suggestion re where to retest or allow a preferential slot to do so. Another Rip Off.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Tests results do not come in time
test results come back as 'retest' . waste of money forcing you to do another test and spend more money.
results take ages to come and when we complained they said '24hrs for the results is only a guide, try again after 36hours'. customer service team was rude and pretty much implied 'well its your own problem' and not helpful

Eurofins mixed up the barcodes on my CoVid Samples on 30th Oct & after 36 hours informed me that they couldn't provide me a result. I had a horrible 24 hours right from continuosly following up with Eurofins for my results ..till they informing me at 11 in the night about their goofup & finally not being able to board. I had to spent an additional 200 pounds on Express RTPCR & cab to & fro airport.
After escalating Eurofins admitted they made a mistake & said they would provide a refund of the test which was around 40 pounds but I have asked them to compensate me for all the additional expenses to which they said they would forward my complaint to a manager but haven't heard back from msanager but same lady informs they will provide a refund of just 40 pounds. I will escalate this but extremely unprofessional service!!

Just spent more than half an hour on their REGISTRATION FORM which is TERRIBLE. Tried their robotic CHAT LINE which is also terrible and finally gave them a ring. Got through after a couple of minutes but the lady immediately passed me onto someone in their IT section. 15 minutes still waiting. Re my REVIEW, one star is one star too many. Terrible terrible terrible

I purchased a Covid-19 day 2 test. It was useless because it arrived 3 days late. I've called the company on numerous ocassions asking for a refund and willing to return the package. They always refuse, all they say is to contact their administration via e-mail which I did over 2 weeks ago and they never replied. Thieves!

I used Eurofins for the departure test. The experience has been stormy... I think the system used in the logistics and response need to have much much improvement. As a result, pressure fell on much communication needed to rectify the errors or smooth out the flow for the results and certificate via the customer services.
After numerous calls, I have to say that SOME of the customer services advisors have been great and my special big thumb up to Mr. Mic Lloyd.
You may want to know what has gone wrong?
1. I booked the test with BA promotion code. Before the payment after entering the code, discount was applied. Then, I entered the 'next' button. The original amount was shown. I thought it would automatically applied after giving the card details. Guess what, the full amount was charged!
2. I called the customer service, the advisor was very quick to refund the differences, for both me and my husband. I thought that was a good service.
3. The test kits were delivered on the next day. It was a great service!
4. On the 'test' day, the nightmare came: my husband could not register the Trust One App with the credentials given in the email. ... Phone calls again.
The advisor said that the account was deleted as there was a refund!!! (for the discount difference!) Good that it was resolved over the phone and registered him in. This took several phone calls and an hour's talk.
5. The tests were sent out on Tue morning via Royal Mail Priority. There was no email received to say that the samples arrived the lab. I kept my fingers crossed for the whole Wed and refrained myself from calling.
6. On Thur morning at 0630, I received an email with my result with the certificate. Great!
But, ..., waited and waited, my husband's one did not have a sign. At 0900, I called. The gentleman was very helpful and said the result would be sent within 30min to an hour.
Waited, waited, ... nothing came through. At 1030, I called again.
The lady said the pledge was 48 hours to respond and there was still one and a half hour to go. Her advice: wait unit mid-day!
7. Can't wait anymore and called again at mid-day. Here was Mic I talked with. He was wonderful. He checked very quickly and sent the email with certificate to my husband right away. Yes, immediately over phone. We checked and got it!
8. Also, I missed out my middle name in ordering the kit. BTW, please remember to input your FULL names as in passport. Mic amended and sent me a revised copy right away! I dared not to end the phone before checking. He was so kind to wait.
Finally, both my husband and I got the certificates. Hurray!
Should the system has less bugs with better designed flow and accuracy, all these hassles could be avoided.
I want to give 5 stars to Mic but 1 to Eurofins. Averaging out, it came as a 3 stars. : >
Good luck to all travellers.

If i could Rate this company less than one star, I would. Please, for the sake of your mental state, do not use!!
So I booked my fit to fly well over a week early. By 5 days before my flight I started to panic, so I called them, they'd posted it days before, has not notified me, and gave me no option to collect from wherever the test had ended up. After 2 more calls, they ASSURED ME, that a new test was being send out, first class priority for delivery next day (the day I had to swab and send off) I anxiously awaited the postman the following morning, and nothing came. When I called them they simply told me it was a problem with the supplier, when I asked, panicked, to speak to a manager, THEY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. Ive had to pay double for an emergency walk in test (elsewhere), or I wouldn't have had a chance of flying. Even after many calls to them, I'm still none the wiser on my refund. I've spoken to only one helpful person, a kind lady trying to sort my money back. SERVICE IS DIABOLICAL, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I was worried when I read the reviews but I definitely got my PCR test results back within 24 hours.
Sent the test out on Tuesday posted it from a priority post box before 5pm
Registered the test around 10am as well
Checked the tracking and it had arrived on Wednesday
Results came on Thursday around 11 am

I'm not sure how to review Eurofins. I chose them for our pre-departure test, based on their inclusion on the Martin Lewis website. After placing an order to have tests at a travel agent in Luton, I instantly got back confirmation and a receipt, but no confirmation of our bookings. I called the travel agent and he confirmed we were booked in. Subsequently, we brought our appointment forward by a day and I emailed Eurofins to ask for confirmation. Out of these four appointments, I had only one confirmation. I also had a conversation with someone who answered the phone who seemed to have no idea what they were talking about, but equally spoke to someone who was very helpful.
Took the test, app showed waiting result, got email that courier had delivered swabs to lab and the following day got email of result which was accessible as a certificate on the app.
My experience of talking to Eurofins was poor, result of using them excellent.

Absolutlely diabolical and a complete waste of time.
After dropping the sample at the Drop Box at noon on Saturday 4th September, I am still waiting for the results over 72 hours later for a fit to fly certificate. I called twice to find out, both took between 1-1/12 hours to get through to someone with no end result.
The whole procedure and process is terrible. The app useless. The people unhelpful and overwhelmed by the number of people calling to find out where their results are.
3 days later i have had to rearrange 2 flights and the associated accommodation and gave up. When asking for a refund, despite me also losing hundreds of pounds rearranging my travel, they said "it was not possible as i had used the test". Simply scandalous.
I ended up goiing with Express Test which was super simple and got my results in 19 hours.

As another reviewer commented, I paid £44 and didn’t get my booking reference. The live chat showed me how to retrieve but It wasn’t there. When I said how much I paid he said I’d selected the release test not day 2 test. Gave me the number to call. Got through immediately and refund arranged. Tried to find a day 2 drop box local but unable to. Great customer service

Order arrived late… what’s the purpose of a day 5 test if one can’t get the results until day 9?!

Reply from Eurofins Food Testing UK
A waste of time and money! I waited 72 hours, instead of 24, for my tests result. The live chat doesn't help in any way as the costumers service. Apparently the only way to complaint is to email them, but again poor service. Their answers are unclear and at one point they stopped to reply to me.

The worse experience. I asked for a refund or partial refund as I would not do my trip due to covid and they completedly ignore me. I did thus well in advance. Money grabbers. Stay away no morals

Fantastic, courteous service!
My parents came to visit me in the UK and took the COVID day 2 test through the drive through centre. It was quick and easy.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take note of the barcode and was unable to get the results. I called the helpline and was assisted by a very friendly gentleman, Champo. He was of great help and found out the barcode for me. Within minutes I had my parents test results back.
Thank you for solving my issue Champo and going above and beyond!
I would highly recommend Eurofins and their customer service agent, Champo!

Please do not visit website. I went to shop near by flat to buy PCR day 2 test 3times. First time owner said I will charge £66 for 2 people. Second he said now price increases I will charge £80. 3rd time I went with all details he said it’s my mistake now I will charge each people £80. And he said I will take cash not card. Please avoid.
