Product never received - Refund denied (Ordered time-sensitive hormonal)…
Ordered time-sensitive hormonal medication with guaranteed next-day delivery (Dec 23). Notified merchant immediately that late delivery would be medically useless and requested cancellation on Dec 23-24. Merchant assured timely delivery but failed. As of today (Dec 29), I have not received the medication. Merchant refuses refund despite non-delivery and breach of guaranteed delivery timeframe.(Order: 3351905962)

I need TamiFlu for 12 weeks or more for flu pre-exposure prophylaxis, I don't want flu infection. Not for 10 days. No option to order more than 10 capsules?!
Quick next-day shipping, but I had to call UPS to choose UPS access point. Was not able to choose UPS acces point at the time of order, although I immediately sent a request message to EuroClinix.
And no option to order Xofluza flu medicine? If one takes both for whole winter, Xofluza and TamiFlu, flu prophylaxis works even better.
Significant part of cost is likely shipping, so being able to order bigger quantities would be clever!
