Took an age to deliver 50 colour coded screws. Missed several delivery dates and only turned up when I said I wasn’t prepared to wait any longer

After ordering ceiling panels on my recent bathroom refit. The delivery came damage to some packs and informed the driver asap. Driver said to call wear house Dave. I also noticed the batch codes was different and requested it to be rectified which Dave said he will contact supplier for advice. He called back several days later to replace with a single pack that was damaged and said the batch ccdes will not matter. So my assumption is it would be fine. So after delivery I started to commence work and thinking all was ok until after the installation and notice there was a difference in the new pack so I had three different batches luckily some was not too noticeable. But I had to take off the recent pack off completely as it was too noticeable. I now know not to trust either the suppliers email or Dave at Eurocell.
Not happy so I will complain to head office if they don’t respond.

Just had a delivery of fence panels to my home. Adam could not have been more helpful and dealt with difficult traffic and parking conditions with a smile. Delivered to my choice of location in my back garden. Good communication throughout order process with phone updates on stock availability and to arrange convenient delivery time. Happy with the product too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Everything so far...Robin Iles was the first person I saw and was fabulous! He sized up the garden area and suggested just the right size and style. Such a lovely person and not pushy like I was expecting! Very easy going. The man that did the foundation base, delivery men and the ones that built it today are some of the friendliest and hard working i have come across. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Looking forward to the final bits to be completed and enjoying the air conditioned office. I would happily recommend all of them.

Ordered facia on the 7th June and was called to ask how urgent it was. I said a defined delivery day was more important than speed so we agreed on 15th. Got a call on the afternoon of the 15th saying it had been missed off the van and it would be delivered on the 16th. Come the 16th and someone delivered a box of accessories but still no facia board. I’m now told delivery on the 17th. Terrible service from Eurocel.

I ordered some white pvc soffit board and it came the next day. An excellent service

The help they gave us was brilliant as needed more items that they had so collected more. Politeness was perfect and delivery was excellent.

Great selection of goods,had all items I required easy to navigate.

Went in to order some grey cladding and other parts. I was served by Tom who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he organised the delivery around a time to suit me and not them and personally delivered it himself.

Robin IIes from Euro cell was first class from start to finish. The site survey he immediately moved the location we had thought was suitable, explained why and went through the whole process.
The pricing was set out very fair to deal with no hidden extras.
This guy knows what he is talking about and is very easy to do business with highly recommended 👍
The Garden Room itself from ordering to completion has been absolutely superb the finished product is amazing we are so happy thank you Robin and the Eurocell team. Placed an online order at 12.05pm and it was delivered at 13.45pm ,excellent service and at very reasonable prices.

I would strongly caution anyone who places value on Eurocell’s 10 year warranty when making a purchasing decision.

I contacted the Brighton branch regarding a failure on my Aspect bi-fold doors. Without inspecting the doors, arranging a site visit, or carrying out any technical assessment, Eurocell concluded from a single photograph of one hinge that the issue was due to maintenance or fitting and therefore not their responsibility.

I was effectively told that because the doors had been installed and worked prior without issue, the fault could not be a product issue. When I asked the manager how this conclusion had been reached without any inspection and requested a review through Eurocell’s normal warranty assessment process, my email was ignored.

Based on my experience, there appears to be no meaningful warranty claims process at all. There is no dedicated email address, telephone line, or formal route for warranty assessments—you’re simply directed back to the branch where you purchased the product. From there, whether any investigation takes place seems to depend entirely on the individual employee handling your enquiry. In my case, conclusions were reached without any inspection and based solely on assumptions drawn from a single photograph. That makes the practical value of the warranty highly questionable. Having since read other Trustpilot reviews, my experience appears to be far from an isolated case.

The market is saturated with options for garden rooms. I had seen many options and spoken to companies before Eurocell. but after meeting with Robin Iles I knew this was the one and the company that was going to make my garden art studio/retreat come to life! Robin is amazing. He is knowledgeable, personable and gave me reassurance and excitement moving ahead with the project. Eurocell have amazed me. They are so quick and efficient. I 100% recommend them for your build. CSLewis constructed the garden room in the middle of that record breaking June heat wave in less than two days. Every step the communication exceeds what I have experienced with past contractors. Even Eurocell’s office communications. Is in point. And if I have a query and need clarification I can drop Robin Iles a message and he follows up. Best decision made. No regrets!! One very very happy customer!!

Bought various plastic trims with no issues,though I did walk out once after a good 10 minute wait at the counter as the other customer was a real tool monopolising the workers time and no one else was serving

The staff at Eurocell Stafford have been amazing helping me put together all the materials required for cladding and roofing my garden building. Going above and beyond to help me and giving me the best price and quality items. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough and the products too

I think Eurocell is good because they provide a great range of products at reasonable prices and offer free delivery over £50. However the one thing that lets them down is lack of communication regarding delivery once an online order has been placed.

My first purchase from eurocell it was easy.

Ordering was fine, 3 days after ordering zero contact, no idea when the order is arriving.
Even after emailing to chase a delivery date still no communication !!!
The local branch made contact and have been brilliant
