A special thanks to Jaz at the Kings Norton, Birmingham branch who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had some unsatisfactory work completed by a local builder. Jaz spent some time with me explaining how the work could be possibly rectified, the cost, recommended products and provided a written quote. This was more than I expected after been brushed off at a large builder’s merchant. Thank you Jaz!
