I think Eurocell is very good because the wide range of UPVC products available for my needs, and always in stocks, customer friendly company, and affordable prices.

Easy ordering ,availability and pick up from store

Just ordered shower panels and trims from Eurocell Bangor. Sion the branch manager and his team were just excellent. The ordering was so easy. No question asked was too much trouble, timing for delivery was great and the delivery driver was early and very helpful. Thank you all.

I think Eurocell is very good because their products are top quality and their pricing is always where you want it to be, very reasonable. The staff are very eager to help and knowledgeable on the products they supply. Thanks

Not a good experience unfortunately, I had glazing missing from an order. I have been in contact with the branch staff and manager a number of times over the last two months who kept saying they were taking care of it, but all false promises.. Will now have to order the glazing elsewhere and try and recuperate losses through small claims court. Very disappointed

*up date, the glazing did eventually arrive the week after writing this review, the branch manager was very apologetic.

Great service for plastic products helpful staff

Called into the Bangor branch for a quote on some Windows, Doors and fascia etc for our newbuild. The gentleman behind the counter was new so passed us onto the Sales Manager Simon Round. His knowledge was second to none! Knew exactly what we needed and gave us a few new ideas too regarding the Windows and Composite Doors. Excellent service from Simon and we look forward to using Eurocell Bangor again.
