Hi I recently hired a van from yourselves
And when I return the vehicle there was 2 customs In the reception. And the lady behind the counter ask if was bringing the vehicle back. So she call her colleague to help. So he checked everything. And said nothing to me. So I waited for around 10 minutes. Then she rudely told me I can I can go. So when I reply that no one has told me everything!
she did not have the time of day to help.
When i ask my deposit she replied i have already told you yesterday that is will go back in. The lady that is on reception is not a good advent for you company and is really un professional.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. No help, kept hanging up. A chocolate teapot would be more helpful than them. Was told a time to be there at the office following a breakdown and had a courtesy car on the cover. The guy who eventually turned up over an hour and a half late admitted that he was told the job but as didn't here anything else he thought it was sorted. 30 call center phone call bill. Refused to organise a taxi to get us back to broken down vehicle to enable the recovery van to pick the broken down vehicle up. Only reason we weren't at the broken down vehicle on time is because they were late arriving to give the courtesy car. Call centre kept hanging up on us. Took 50 quid for petrol deposit and never been received back. Absolutely disgraceful company.

Had no choice to except Euro cars as it…

Had no choice to except Euro cars as it was done through my works insurance. They delivered a good spec Cougar which was fine no problems and nice to drive. Unfortunately the service warning appeared as Soon as I started it . There was a low pressure warning on the front left tyre and in the morning it was completely flat , I’d only driven home from work a total of 10 miles. When I called they stated they need to replace it as it shouldn’t have been delivered in the first place . The replacement was poor so many dents and scratches I refused to sign for it. Not very clean either.
Apart from the above it wasn’t such a poor service , I had the car for about 8 day’s.
I’ve just received a speeding notice which I accept was me whilst driving up to the lakes. What I’m totally against is Euro cars have charged me a £36 admin fee for forwarding the speeding notice to me . I accept they should charge a fee but come on £36 for posting a letter and also using my credit card with prior warning . Not happy wouldn’t touch them again avoid if I was you.
Finally all the contact numbers in there delivery notes are all unobtainable trying to get a number for their Leeds branch was so time consuming, Poor service.

Only given one star because couldn't…

Only given one star because couldn't give none. The biggest con artists I have ever had to deal with. Shown a scratch on the car when it was delivered but yet the company still trying to charge me for this! The car was filthy and horrible to drive, only drove it to and from work in total 35 miles, topped the petrol up yet they are trying to charge me 18 pound for petrol as well! Tried communicating with them online and over the phone but no body seems to be able to help me with this. Avoid at all costs.
