You are liers: in the chat you said to refound me but at today I lost money and I didn't receive the products payed and bought the 6.2.25. Stay away from them, they take your money , don't send you products and only promise to refound you. DEPLORABLE CONDUCT.

Pathetic. Reported to my bank as fraud. Reported to UK action fraud police website. Investigation opened, good luck.

Lack of responses and updates is terrible, feels like a scam

Great prices, great website, BUT: If you build an online shop, this lack of updates and replies is unacceptable! I ordered a month ago, I wanted to change the helmet size and no answer whatsoever, neither on phone or email. Very unprofessional, get more workers if you are overbooked, or else you will keep losing customers. If my refund isn't processed in the next 2 weeks I will definitely take legal actions. Absolute nightmare experience ordering from here. Cannot recommend.

Professional and helpful

The experience was overall very good, the support staff online was very helpful and kind. I had to contact them because of a delay in the delivery of my new helmet, but it didn’t depend on them. They had (still have) difficulties in japan, so it wasn’t Eurobikes’ fault. As soon as they received the helmet from Japan they shipped it and in a few days I received it. I recommend this website!
