Amazing products and customer service
First, I would like to say that I really love the quality of Eureka products. That said when I needed help with my desk, Arnold from customer service so incredibly helpful. He replied quickly, came up with solutions easily, and made sure to follow up with me each step of the way.
It has been so long since I’ve experience such a high caliber of customer service.
I can say with confidence that you are truly getting your money’s worth when you buy Eureka product. Not only are the product high quality, their customer support is too.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - Horrible communication problems and unfulfilled promises. I have been trying to resolve an order that has gone wrong in every way for the past month. The poorly reboxed office chair I ordered arrived so smashed, due to lack of internal packing, that there were holes in it and parts had fallen out. Eureka tried to avoid responding to my many emails and calls, then said they'd issue a refund when I filed a complaint. But the refund has never shown up and once again, no response. I've never been so angry and frustrated with a seller and feel very used - promising a refund to get me off their back and close my complaint but never doing it. Despicable and dishonest business practices.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I ordered brown leather chairs and received bright orange chairs. And it’s not just me being picky. The chairs match an orange shop vac, and five people who saw them thought I intentionally ordered orange. Even the customer service agent I spoke with saw the picture and agreed they are orange. They aren’t even close to brown, and I’m fairly certain they aren’t real leather as described.
Despite the truly awful chairs, AND having to email and call for three days to finally get ahold of someone, I have kept my cool and been kind and respectful, only to be met with gaslighting and corporate greed.
After repeated emails pointing out that this was not just a matter of me changing my mind but that I essentially received incorrect items, and that I should not be responsible because of their mistakes, they extended a “gesture of goodwill” and agreed to waive the $425 return shipping cost if I pay the “minimum 25% restocking fee”. Assuming they only withhold the minimum (which based on my experience thus far seems extremely unlikely) that’s $400. Which means instead of the initial $825 return fees, they’re now graciously *eyeroll* allowing me to only pay $400 (at least) because of THEIR DECEIT AND MISREPRESENTATION.
So I either keep the hideous orange chairs and am out $1600. Or return them and am out $400 with nothing to show for it except a week’s worth of frustration.
This has by far been one of the worst purchases and customer service experiences. Avoid this company at all costs.

The company's customer service is absolutely horrible
The company's customer service is terrible. My desk was held up with a "security issue" that their poorly written emails struggled to clarify. I have spent several days (because the agents' response time is long) dealing in an email back and forth, and they never seemed to be able to clearly explain what they needed. I'm not sure the agents speak English very well. I want the very unique desk that Eureka sells, but I will never risk trying to buy a product from this company again.

Manufacturer defect, refused to help.
I brought their 42 inch desk and when assembling it, we noticed that that there were no screw holes for both sides drilled into the supports of the desk which are to attach the left leg to the desk.
I contacted their support and they beat around the bush, asking for pictures of all sizes, including pictures of the instruction manual (which I had already provided in the initial email) before brushing me off.
I managed to get it together, but because of the lack of screws on the left leg, the desk is lacking the proper support.
It's a nice desk, well put together, manufactured and the RGB embedded in the glass is fantastic. The desk gets 5 stars.
It's their customer service which gets 2.

I am starting to think the positive…
I am starting to think the positive reviews are fake. My experience is nowhere near of those positive reviews. I never submitted a review in my life but felt compelled to warn others. I received a chair I paid $199 for as a Christmas gift for my son. It was missing an arm and I have called at least 8 times and left messages with no response. All I am asking for is a left arm not a whole chair. I even emailed with a picture of the chair with left missing arm and the response was they could not view the photo. I have never had any issue with any company or people having trouble viewing a photo attachment I have sent. This is a lame excuse not to take care of an issue caused by their own company. Why ship a chair with a missing arm in the first place and who on earth would cheat a company for a missing left arm. I'm not going on to eBay to make a profit selling one left arm of a Eureka chair. Just send me what I paid for, I paid for a whole chair. Send me the missing left arm. This is a busy time of year but it is no excuse, it has been 10 days with nobody reaching out to me for a resolution. A business needs customer service that's reliable especially if said business messes up.

I would buy this table again
The table arrived on time. The package was undamaged. The table was also undamaged and was fairly easy to assemble. As the table only has two legs instead of four, there is a very slight wobble when I write on it or move stuff around. I was aware of this from other reviews. I was aware that a four-legged table would likely not wobble, but I did not want four legs, one at each corner, in my small office. I worried about accidentally kicking the legs at the corners of the table while moving around.
I was happy to see that the company provided extra screws for assembly. It's nice having backup in case you lose one or one becomes stripped and unusable during assembly.

Really great chair for home office and gaming for long sessions. Had a problem with shipping (lightly damaged) and their support is top tier and have been very helpful through the process. Expensive chair but worth it!

Poor shipment communication.
I had received notice that my desk will be arriving on 8/29 via FedEx. The package arrived at my doorstep and upon opening it, I discovered it was only the desk legs and motor. NO DESKTOP!! I called customer service and they said they will provide a status in 24 hours. I received a communication the following day indicating that the desktop will be shipped by a different logistics company and they will provide a status. This company did not pick up the desk from Eureka until 8/31 and had to call me to schedule an appointment for delivery, and their first availability was not until 9/7. Eureka needs to do a better job communicating their shipments info to their customers! Also, if you have failed the customer in the initial shipment, you probably should prioritize the corrected shipment and not have them wait another week.
