Misleading delivery information — order cancelled after payment
I ordered a commercial soft ice cream machine (VEVOR Soft Ice Cream Machine 2200W) through eur.vevor.com. At the time of purchase, their website clearly showed delivery availability to my exact postal code within 2-5 days.
After completing payment, VEVOR unilaterally cancelled my order citing "logistics restrictions" — with zero prior warning and no indication on their website that delivery to my area was unavailable. I proposed multiple solutions to resolve the issue. Every single proposal was rejected with generic, copy-paste responses.
The most shocking part: even after cancelling my order, their website continued to show delivery availability to my exact postal code for the same and similar products. I have timestamped screenshots proving this.
This is a misleading commercial practice. VEVOR advertises delivery to addresses they cannot actually serve, takes your money, and then cancels the order.
I am a business owner and this cost me my entire summer season's revenue from this equipment.
I eventually received a refund, but avoid this company if you are ordering from Greece or any remote area in Europe.

Great Customer Service!
Very responsive, quick and great customer service. Just log in send a message and they reply. I can really recommend to shopping at Vevor with confidence and if any issue occurs their support handles it promptly. I have 3 different orders of experience with them now. I was skeptical in the beginning vecause I hadnt heard of them but I view them like Amazon or Temu these days. 2 thumbs up.
