Hello EUPAYS.COM I hope doing well,I am Asif Shaikh From ASIF METALS OPC PRIVATE LIMITED India in Pune last one week we are using your service my merchant ID is: 9785655 once I started work with you its good experience we loved to use your payment gateway, we done first$50 transactions its display after 24 hours in our portal(eupays.com) but after the continue using your portal our client make the payments also most 4491 GBP as per Indian Rupees= 3,81,735 also whatever you declined 3 payments transaction id is: 1) 469223 2) 329367 3) 205927 GBP 1500 if we calculated I INR=1,27,500 still not refund to our customer .

after sending email why payments declined we didn't received any email from your side after that also we wait ext 48 hours but still no feedback no reply as per the company law . after we done some verification about the your company and payments gateways we found your doing scam in the market so when we see lots of complaints against you in the google in many link available these mentioned eupays.com company are scammer .

Cannot say I am very satisfied with this company but at this stage I don’t find a better solution.
Their charges are less but AMEX cards gets declined.
Also, IVR support system is mostly in German language so even if I connect to their German number I cant understand their language.

Amex cards get declined mostly which decreases the sales.
Also, daily batch settlement is not available

Its been 3 months now, I processed EUR,19,000 but the sale on the dash board is showing 18,200 only. Where is the another 800 EUR?

Also, when I speak to their service agent they speak German only , I am from India how the hell I can understand the German language.
I am still with this bogus company because they do settlements on time and their charges are very less comparatively.

I have been using the services of EU Pays from last 6 months. They are far better than the other payment processors. The thing I really appreciate is their prompt response to my concerns. I got payouts on time. They are better option except one thing. They hold a portion of payout as standby balance. Our money gets stuck for a while. They should remove the concept of standby balance.

PLEASE NOTE : This company is Fake and does not registered in Germany or in Poland. Previously they mentioned that company registered in Poland. Due to criminal case in Poland by me now they changed appearance and company registered address.
EuPays do not even mentioned company registration number or VAT number on website. Because all information can be verify online.

I had a account with EUpays. Everything work fine but when i asked for payout customer adviser behaviour changed. I asked many times for payout but every time same reply. We had technical issue and dealing with this issue. They do not bother to reply to my email now. I been in touch with company house in Poland but they advise that ''NO COMPANY IS REGISTERED IN NAME OF EUPAYS S.A OR EUROPE PAYMENTS S.A''

Poland address on website is hotel address and because they idiots have no business or link in poland so they don't know how address system works in Poland. ''9-471 Gdańsk WRONG FORMAT'' Address in USA (Global Park) also hotel address.

Contact numbers USA, Poland, Lithiuania all are virtual phone numbers and receiver will be based in INDIA.

They only reply or talk on SKPYE but not by email or over phone. If customer want's to join them than they will happy to talk over phone or reply to your emails.

LET'S talk about payment system. Payment processing system is horrible. Credit card processing system mean online and quick service.

But EUPAYS is completely offline. They manually accept or declined card payment in eupays merchant area. But approved payment is not guarantee that you will receive that payment. Lately they can change to declined or error. Minimum payment approval time 12 hour. Normally credit card processing take few seconds.

I did left negative feedback couple of months ago because i was tired of asking my payout. Customer adviser told me that First i have to remove my negative feedback than they will release my payout and still nothing.

Haven't give up yet...... Please Don't Trust on Positive reviews all are Fake...........

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS STAY AWAY FROM THIS INDIA BASED COMPANY

EU Pays refunded back 1 transaction to my customer claiming that customer did'nt authorized the charge

Though they are professional and competent company and all payouts are daily and on time however refund should only be initiated by Merchants not by processors.
