I first reached out to Kerol in 2022, at a time when I was not yet able to apply for university. Even then, she never stopped supporting me. Throughout all those years, she guided me with incredible patience, kindness, and efficiency, always reassuring me and answering every question with care.

In 2024, when I was finally able to apply, the whole process felt so much easier and less overwhelming thanks to her support. Sônia was also part of this journey, and her involvement made everything faster, smoother, and much less stressful.

My situation was not a traditional one, as I did not follow the standard secondary education route, but they never made me feel limited or discouraged. Instead, they believed in me, looked for solutions, and helped turn something that once felt impossible into reality.

Their work is truly life-changing for immigrants like myself, especially for those who are unfamiliar with the UK education system or feel afraid to apply on their own. I am deeply grateful for their dedication, empathy, and constant support.
