i had alot of issues beacuse of my zero knowledge about hosting a server the support helped me with everything even gave me pro tips about stuff and responded VERY quickly the service is also amazing cheap has awesome performance and user friendly control pannel i bet its one of the best hostings on the market right now if you'r looking for an awesome host reconsider this i i had a chance to choose a hosting again which i can do beacuse of the refund if i don't like the server i would choose this one again

Helpful service, good quality service, overall a great experience!

Pros:
- Good VPS prices for good hardware
- Responsive customer support. I had multiple complex issues that required special attention, and they took their time addressing them
- Discord server for real time communication and good community

Cons:
- Lack of communication regarding a migration from germany to UK

Amazing service, been using their services for the past 4 years almost with various number of games to play with my friends, 7 days to die, v rising, minecraft, sons of the forest etc.
Support is quick to reply and able to help with any problem you have in no time. 100% would recommend to use.

I have never owned any of these servers myself—I am merely a reseller. As I have told you countless times, I do not operate these servers directly. I have been a customer since 28/08/2024, and not a single client of mine has ever complained. When I purchase a server, I only charge the client an additional $10, and my role ends there. I have no control over what they host or do on the server—that is entirely your responsibility, which you continuously try to shift onto others instead of owning up to your mistakes.

Unjust Money Theft & Lack of Transparency
You have stolen over £350 from my server. Before working with you, I explicitly asked for monitoring access to ensure that no illegal activities were taking place. You assured me that you would handle this yourself and notify me if any issues arose. I also requested a contract to protect both our rights, which you refused—proving that you are a scammer trying to falsely accuse others to avoid refunding money.

Unprofessionalism & Customer Mistreatment
All my accounts use the name ksr, and I am well-known for actively helping customers. That’s why I receive a high volume of orders, including from well-known YouTubers who come to me for gaming services. However, your greed and poor customer service continuously ruin everything. Instead of handling things professionally, you childishly banned me from Discord, ignored my attempts to clarify the situation, and refused to cooperate or issue a refund—only £350.

Violation of Customer Privacy & Dishonest Practices
To make matters worse, you publicly posted the account details of one of my customers, who will soon respond here to expose your unfair and dishonest business practices. My experience with you has been terrible, and I strongly advise everyone against dealing with you.

edit: I received a partial refund of £254 on 2025/04/24 after speaking with the bank and providing evidence. I will contact the other bank I used to recover the remaining funds. Never stay silent about your rights.

Aaron and the team are fantastic

We initially used Oracle’s free cloud tier, which never gave us any issues, but due to concerns about their lack of support for free users, we decided to invest in a paid hosting provider for better security and reliability. Unfortunately, EUGameHost turned out to be a huge mistake.

At first, things seemed fine, and we were customers for over a year. However, there were recurring issues along the way like issues adding outbound firewall rules(which turned out to be just a flaw in their site), recurring payments never working properly from the start and on top of that support consistently providing solutions that didn’t work.
These were frustrating but we kept investing into their service—until they completely deleted our server without notice.

During a migration from Germany to the UK, they deleted our entire server and all its data. They didn’t notify us in advance, and when we contacted them, they simply blamed us, saying the server was automatically deleted due to an overdue invoice.

However, this policy was never communicated, and in previous instances of late payments, the server was only suspended—not deleted. Somehow, this time, they claimed they "didn’t see a VM running" when moving it, which makes no sense.

Losing a server and all its data from over 2 years of work because of poor communication and carelessness is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a reliable hosting provider that values customer data, stay far away from EUGameHost.

We moved to a paid host for better security, but we would have been safer staying on Oracle’s free tier. Huge mistake, and I won’t be making it again. 🚨

They are actually very good, they offer fast assistance, expecially on the web tickets. They are more cheaper than others but since their currency is in pounds and if your not in the uk it’s going to be a little more expensive.

Conclusion

It is a best server hosting.If minecraft bedrock server added it will be good.

I really like their services. I had 2 VPSs and now I have a VDS.
The performance has alway been very good with no long downtime. The support is also very nice and helpful.
I am glad I found this hosting when I was changing provider
