Very happy but be aware of a few things

Very happy but be aware . This seems like a really great quality product. A few minor things to note. I ordered a package off the Eufy web site, thinking I would get the best price and if it comes as a package things would be more likely to pair together seamlessly. But, Eufy sent me 4 packages from 4 different locations some were from Amazon. If I had I been aware this would happen, I would have piecemealed the units myself because, some prices on Home Depot and Amazon were cheaper than the Eufy website.
Shipping took quite a while, about two weeks for everything to arrive, because it came from every corner of the US.
The cameras themselves are very well thought out, very high quality. Very happy with them. Set up is pretty straight forward as well as installation. I used Eufy tech support which I think is just AI, but it was excellent.
Another note, one of the cameras I got was the S340 (360 rotating camera with a spotlight) and the corner bracket. I have it pointed at my back door so it stays focused on that, but if it picks up someone IN VIEW, it will follow them around to the side of the house. Very cool! However, it reverts back to the primary point (my back door), if someone walks up the side of my house it does not pick them up until they go around back, in the vision of the primary spot. Point where I'm going is, don't think it's a 360 motion sensor, it only senses what it sees and then follows it.
Other than that I'm very pleased, the AI features are great. I have not entered my Face for recognition because I know nothing is secure.

eufy video doorbell = pointless

Bought the Eufy video doorbell expecting a basic level of reliability, but the motion detection is completely hit and miss. Today someone posted a letter through my letterbox and the camera didn’t record a thing — no alert, no clip, nothing.

That completely defeats the point of having a video doorbell. If it can’t detect someone standing at the door, what exactly is it supposed to be doing?

Very disappointing. Unless there’s a fix or upgrade, I’ll be looking to move away from Eufy.

(& Eufy, before you respond the settings are correct as it recorded me only an hour before)

Clear visual at day and during night

This system has been in place a little over a month was easy to install the clarity is amazing in color and real time during the day. At night it seems like a powerful spotlight allows you to see clearly. We feel very safe and secure with this system.

I thought Eufy security cameras were…

I thought Eufy security cameras were great until: (1) I could not remove the doorbell camera to obtain access to the battery so I could recharge it - no amount of wiggling will get the supplied “pin” to go into the required detachment hole - thus the doorbell camera is now both dead and impossible to remove and replace; and (2) one of my outside cameras stopped communicating with the Homebase, so I reset it so I could change it to communicate with my modem - but after I elected to reset it, I first learned that a reset requires that the “sync” button be pressed for several seconds in order to get the camera to communicate again - but since the camera is set high up on the side of my house, there is no way for me to reach the sync button without a high ladder - why didn’t the instructions warn me of the sync button requirement before I started the sync procedure. So now I have several hundred $$$ of useless security cameras.

I have several different cameras that I use and I am very happy with them. Only issue I have had is 2 cameras that I bought in a 2 pack both stopped working at the same time and when I contacted customer service about replacing them they told me that it had been one month after the warranty and they would not do anything. I wasnt happy about this because it seemed very fishy that both cameras bought at the same time stopped working at the exact same time.

got SCAMMED FOR $400 HERE

Ordered two eufy 4G LTE Cam S330 cameras. Both packages marked “delivered” by FedEx. Both times - complete bullshit, zero product, nothing at my door.
First one: useless POD with no signature, demanded police report + CCTV + forms. Promised replacement.

Replacement (tracking 61290367905525342415): “delivered” Feb 20 at 12:14 PM - again nothing. Same exact demands repeated.
I gave them every thing they asked for (twice).

They still refuse to refund or do anything. Just keep sending the same meaningless POD and ignoring my requests.

This company is a straight-up stonewalling even after 6+ weeks and all my evidence.

Great cameras, so-so app

The cameras installed very easily and work well. The app leaves something to be desired, hence the lack of a 5 star rating. The issues with the app are the ads and surveys that pop up. Also, some of the functionality on the app is lacking. Panorama views disappeared for some reason. The AOSU app is better.

unacceptable experience with delivery

You subcontract to Amazon for delivery.
Amazon indicated delivery of my order when it had not arrived yet.
It DID NOT get delivered for another 12 days.
A twelve day gap is unacceptable!
Your delivery service SHOULD NOT indicate delivery until they actually deliver the order!
