far too long…
It took far too long until we get back little portion of our money, from cancelled flight during COVID.

Thank you for your review. We regret that you found the process took to long. Naturally we would also prefer a speedy result. However, in dealing with international airlines who do not always agree with compensating their passengers, we feel that a positive result after a wait is better than a quick negative result. Please take into account that your claim was processed during the Covid period in which many airlines were difficult to communicate with.

After 3.5 years received compensation
After about 3.5 years I received the compensation for a missing flight eventually. Things moved forward a bit after waiting more than 2 years and not noticing any visible activity, just some general remarks like "small claim raised", "company denied their responsibility", etc, I lost hope and wrote negative review. Better late then never anyway.

Great Service - Compensation received
It took two years for the airline to compensate but EUclaim did follow through with updates when necessary. Logical charges for their service. Easy Claim progress updates via online portal and emails.
