I ordered 2 items in late November
I ordered 2 items in late November, they did not fit i returned had to ring to see why had not refunded . was told i had to wait 14 days . And no not 14 days 14 business days for a refund. But after 23 days still no refund so again had to contact them. They offered no apology at all , just sad today was the 14th business day so they will refund now. They refunded instantly today. Kelll surprise. So it proves that they could if they wanted to refund just as instantly as they take your money when you pay. And there prices are not reasonable at all very expensive so would have thought they would have top notch customer service and immediate not 23 day refund policy. Especially when they take your money instantly on purchase. It like living in the dark ages with true religion, I was a regular customer , but will avoid totally now , well done TRUE RELIGION NOT
