I have a corrosion issue with my Solostove Bonfire. I contacted customer service about this and within hours they asked for photos and proceeded to offer replacement parts. I have received a quick response from your team and they've resolved my corrosion issues with empathy and haste. Outstanding customer service. Well done!

Really disappointed . I have purchased a lot of their products almost all of which were without issue.
Last June, I purchased a brand new , boxed pizza oven from EBay. I did not know it wasn’t an official solo stove stockist .
Anyway, the oven after a few uses has started to fall apart internally. I put in a request against their lifetime warranty . They are refusing to help me because although I can show the eBay transaction the person I brought it from wasn’t an official stockist / he had purchased from Costco which are an official stockist ! I’m astounded and bitterly disappointed with Doli Stove and unless they change their mind I will stop recommending them and I will never purchase again. This would cost them £20 to replace but for me £400. Poor and shocking service , totally unexpected. It’s clearly their product and not a copy and clearly it’s a faulty one.

I ordered a Yukon solo stove just before Christmas on the understanding it would arrive in time, which it did.
Unfortunately the surround to the fire was damanged and I emailed the company late on 24th December. On the first day back at work i received an email at 7:03 to sort the issue which they have done by sending a replacement which I am due to receive in two days. As Richard Branson said, it isnt that your company wont make mistakes, its how you respond to them that counts. Solo stove were excellent in the speed of their response and I could not have asked for better treatment.
Last night we had our first fire, outside in damp weather and the solostove worked at promised, a small amount to smoke to start but then none at all despite adding logs. A very enjoyable evening was had by all.
I would highly recommend the company.

I bought a mesa XL. It is great. I ordered a heat deflector to go with it on 3rd May. It has not yet been despatched.
The online chat was unable to cope with an actual problem, rather than just a pretend AI script.

Very good experience with the EU site for solostove.com. Quick delivery, only four weekdays from order to it was delivered at my door (Norway). No shipping charges. Really recommend the company, and stoves.
