I placed an order and paid in full.
After payment, the seller changed the conditions (MOQ and quantity), asking to reduce the order or modify the terms.
This was not communicated before payment.
Currently waiting for a clear solution (original order or partial refund).
I will update this review based on how the issue is handled.

I’m updating my previous review.
Initially there was a problem after payment because the seller informed me about MOQ and warehouse limitations that were not clearly communicated before the order.
However, the situation was handled correctly afterwards:
full refund was processed quickly
communication remained active
I placed a new order from the EU warehouse
the order arrived successfully
There was an initial misunderstanding regarding stock and shipping policy, but in the end the seller resolved the issue professionally.
Based on the final outcome, I updated my rating accordingly.
