I went in Morphe in Nottingham Victoria Centre today
(Monday 6/4/24) and the service I received was excellent! I was looked after by a pleasant girl called Kaitlin (I hope I got this right).
I needed advice on which concealer to get for my mature skin. She hooked me up real goood! Never have I ever!! 6 hrs later and the concealer is still sitting pretty. She slayed and showed me how to slay too!
Ps. Just in case I got her name wrong, I was the black lady who whose mom was in the wheelchair.

Today I went to morphe (Amsterdam Kalverstraat) store for the second time and they’re so nice and always try the articles on my face before I buy. Nice staff and my makeup looks flawless! I’m going to be a regular customer from now on.
Poor Service
Booked in to have my makeup done here in Brown Thomas Dundrum on the 9th of December. Got a voicemail on the afternoon of the 7th to say they had overbooked and were cancelling the appointment. There was no apology in the message, no offer or suggestion saying that had checked with any of the other counters for appointments. Nothing. They didn't even call back to make sure I had received the message and knew the appointment was cancelled. At that stage it was too late to find somewhere else to book. Really unprofessional service.

Very disappointed …I do order every few months and I was always satisfied by the product but my last order is my worst experience and the last time I will order… made an order on 30 November and on 5 of December the cancelled it without any expletives without any excuses, even the products that I order are still in stock… contacted customer support bo reply…after this, this was the last time ordering from them
Lost order three times
Lost order three times. Customer service continues to give run-around answers and avoids questions. There is a new customer service person every time and no one knows what is going on. They refuse to address the issue and just give you a standard "I am so sorry" response. I used to love Morphe and the customer service was fantastic, but recently it has been seriously lacking. I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experiences.

They lost my order
I ordered from Morphe 2 years ago. There was no problem. Since I live in Latvia, I received my order in about a month.
I decided to order again. I placed my order on May 4th. Had trouble tracking my order so I contacted Morphe. They sent me a new tracking link. Everything was fine until information appeared that I have returned my order and that it is on its way back to Morphe. I was confused, so I contacted Morphe again. They claimed that the order had been delivered to my address on June 8th. I haven't received anything, not even information from DPD. They even sent me a new tracking link stating that the package had been delivered. How can two tracking links with the same order codes contain completely different information? I asked them to explain it, but they just replied that the order had been delivered and that they were sorry I had not received it. They also offered me to send the products again or return my money. I tried to search for my package on the Latvian DPD page. I found out that the package has been delivered back to them. I contacted them again. I received a response that they would like to re-ship my order to an alternative address that’s convenient for me to avoid another loss. I decided to agree to that. I hope to receive my order this time. I will update you on whether I received it.

Fabulous experience with Morphe EU
Had a good experience with Morphe EU - my items arrived today and one was broken but I emailed customer service straight away and they responded so quickly and were so helpful (full credit to customer service agent Habiba!), and they will send a replacement for my damaged item. I would say that even though it came broken, it has been a positive time dealing with the team.

I waited nearly 2 months for my order
I waited nearly 2 months for my order.
Initially they cited covid as the reason which is understandable, but after 2 weeks I was anxious. I emailed them and they blamed covid, said my item would be shipped by the end of the week. The end of the week came and there was silence from them. I checked my order status on their website and it was still "Unfulfilled"
I emailed again and got the exact same email as last time. Copy pasted or auto email I'm guessing? Saying it would be shipped by the end of the week and I would receive an email. I waited, again nothing. Still Unfulfilled. I was getting annoyed. They then said they lost my order and did I want it resent or refunded. I said resent as the item I purchased was on sale at the time but was no longer. Couldn't afford it at it's regular price.
So I waited another week. No change. No new order. I emailed them and they replied with the same email again! That it would be shipped by the end of the week. Aaaah! I got annoyed in my response and complained that they sent me this email already 3 or 4 times and nothing happened. I was civil in my email and didn't blame customer service and just told them I was frustrated and could they tell me what was really happening. Then they started ignoring me. I reached out on twitter. Ignored. Facebook, ignored. Instagram, ignored. Finally I emailed the American email instead of EU. And after that I started to get a response. I was asked and told again my order was lost by morphe eu and did I want a refund or resend my item. Again I said resend. They responded asking for my address. Lo and behold pretty soon after that it was sent to me! I received it today on the 21st of October. I placed the order on the 1st of September. Huge sigh of relief. This caused me very much unnecessary anxiety.
Also, during the period I waited, I received TWO emails asking me to review the item when I hadn't even received it! So frustrating. I do like Morphe products but I will never, ever buy from them again. Thankfully there are plenty of products just as good/better and they are affordable. 😑
One star is too much
In the interest of fairness, I will add that I used this website before a few times with no issues. Their products are really good. However, my latest experience has ensured I will absolutely never place an order with EU Morphe again. Placed order 18th September. Delivery promised within 5 days. Didn’t even receive a notification of shipping so a week later decided to cancel order and emailed Morphe. Should be straightforward right? Have been getting the run around ever since. They ignore most of my emails and the ones they reply to are copy and paste nonsense which I can tell means they didn’t even read my email properly. I asked for cancellation 24th September, got generic emails saying they have requested cancellation from the warehouse but cannot guarantee it. Bare in mind the order never shipped so how is confirming a cancellation so difficult? The latest email exchange today was a joke. I emailed saying I want confirmation my order was cancelled and my money back (over 2 weeks after first requesting cancellation). I got a reply saying the warehouse hasn’t received a return from me yet and can I send them return tracking details. I replied saying I cannot return something that never even shipped in the first place! I have opened up a case with PayPal and can only hope I have more success here. I just want my money back. Morphe are currently holding my hard earned money against my instructions for a product that never shipped almost 1 month later. I have never had so much hassle with a company.

The outer packaging was open at both ends .. the boxes were damaged and 2 brushes were missing I sent several emails..they asked for pictures and would deal with this ASAP with no response..
I did so straight away ..no reply for days .. I emailed again to be told my order is in fact showing delivered.. I am aware of this which I emailed back .. they obviously don't read there emails correctly and ignore you .. I will not be purchasing from this company again..customer service is shocking
Now left with missing items and damaged boxes which were gifts ..

Awful customer service initially- issue resolved after many emails
I was charged customs (to Ireland) even though the website states that EU orders wouldnt be. I contacted customer care twice with no reply. They then emailed to close my inquiry even though it hadnt been dealt with. They then emailed again to ask me to rate the customer service.. I wish they would just respond in the first place it has been a month now. Be aware the custom charges are based on the pre-sale value so it can really add up. My order was 114euro but I paid 36euro extra in customs. Products are good just not the service.
**Update: finally someone has began responding to emails and I have now secured a refund of the custom charges I paid. It isnt worth the hassle of ordering to Ireland until the company sort out the customs issues but Im glad I recieved my refund so I have added a star for this.

Would really like to leave a 0 star review. I waited for weeks to receive a tracking number, didn't get one . I waited patiently to receive my order, three weeks passed and then I received a text from an post for customs charges and post office charges. Paid the charges and didn't receive my parcel for another week. I e mailed Morphe EU twice , no answer whatsoever. Now a week later I've received my parcel, the palette is crumbled , the lip gloss box is battered , the face mist is faulty and wont spray . Really annoyed that I had to pay extra taxes for this pile of late, damaged crap ! And Morphe EU still wont answer my e mails. The company's a joke!
Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service . Before ordering, I read their FAQ to make sure that as a EU customer I will not be captured by customs fees. Their website clearly states that any custom fees will be paid by them, so you can only image my suprise when I got a letter from the post office with a 10 euro fee for 30 euro order. I emailed the customer service , however no response and today I got an email stating that my “ticket has been closed”. I am really annoyed about this , specially as it is such a false advertisement and misleading their customers. All I can say is that please avoid ordering anything from them as there is no way to get in contact should there be something wrong with your order. Really disappointed ☹️
Terrible service
Terrible service! I have written to morphe EU on five occasions and I am still awaiting a response from the company. I placed an order with morphe EU and on the site it stated that there were no custom charges in the EU. I placed an order to the value of 44 euro. I then received a certicate from an post for over 11 euro in custom charges. I have emailed morphe E U multiple time they are not responding. I'm very disappointed with the service.
