Never ever go to their Tripoli…
Never ever go to their Tripoli outlet!!! Their merchandise is crap.
I bought two hiking sticks. They were defective. Their Tripoli manager thought he “fixed/adjusted” them, insisting I didn’t know how to use them, though my very experienced hiking guide asked me to “throw them away.”
“Go to Decathlon,” he advised.
That’s what I’m gonna do.
Their Tripoli branch needs a lot of help!

“I had a disappointing experience with MikeSport. I purchased shoes online through their app, and after 2 days, I called to confirm availability because of a previous issue where they canceled my order without informing me. This time, I called twice, and both times they assured me the item was available and would be delivered within 4 days. However, after waiting 7 days, I called them again, only to be told that the item was no longer available. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. They clearly lack proper communication and organization

Very poor service. While the products are shown available in the website the next day ‘unfortunately’ are not available.
Also I pay for home delivery and the delivery cannot come to my house! And they didn’t have the intention to make at least a refund for the money I paid for home delivery. They preferred to loose 70€ (Because I cancelled my order) than to refund 2,5€.
