I’m very satisfied with the product itself — solid build quality and works perfectly as described.
However, the delivery was extremely slow, and I wasn’t informed that the item was out of stock before placing the order. Better communication about stock status would make the experience much better.

Had to pay additional VAT on something purchased in EURO from what appeared to be from Germany. Double taxation at it's finest. The cost was inflated significantly. Would be good for the supplier not to include tax on the goods if shipping from outside the EU

The sales and invoicing process was not handled professionally. For example the sales invoice was not clear. When a company with a valid EU area VAT number places orders, the invoice should be VAT 0%.

The ordering process was quick and efficient. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the item I ordered was not in stock so had to come from China but this still only took 5 days. It was not made clear before I ordered that this would be the case.
All of my email correspondence was answered quickly.

Sorry that we dont have this product in our Germany warehouse at that time, so we have to ship it from China. Generally we have most of our popular products in Germany warehouse stock and ready for shipment.
