Poor customer care and misleading return process
I am very disappointed with my experience regarding the return process.
The return policy is unclear and misleading. The documentation included in my package clearly stated that the goods should be returned at the customer’s expense, yet later I was informed that a free return label should have been included. No such label was in my shipment, and this information was not clearly communicated.
The return instructions are inconsistent and confusing, which puts the customer at a disadvantage.
Additionally, customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue. Instead of offering a constructive solution, they simply referred to general terms and conditions and refused to take responsibility for the unclear information provided.
Overall, the return process feels poorly managed and misleading. I expected a much more transparent and customer-oriented approach.
