If you’re looking for a luxury, high quality leather product without pretentious logos slapped all over it, this is it.
Excellent customer service and very fast shipping times, especially coming from overseas.
I’ve placed two orders now and would certainly recommend Ettinger products to others.

An Excellent British Luxury Brand
Ettinger is an excellent British luxury brand with high quality products and exemplary customer service.
I have purchased a number of leather goods from them in the last couple of years and have been very pleased with them all.
In the most recent transaction, I had an issue where I needed a deliver re-routed to France rather than the US and the customer service team quickly accommodated this over email. They respond quickly and helpfully.
Would 100% recommend.

Ettinger UK is one of the rare companies today that still prizes quality in everything they say and do. Just as every stitch is in perfect order and the materials are of the highest quality in their products, the same goes for their service, customization options, and their whole essence as a company.
I was taken aback by the quality of the wallet I ordered, the immensely attentive and personal attention I received, as well as the fast shipping and stunning gift-wrapping along with a personal note from the founder.
When looking for a special gift for yourself or for a loved one, Ettinger is the perfect choice and it’s so refreshing to see such an amazing company still standing strong in a landscape of often-mediocre products and services out there. What you see is what you get, and the quality promised is what’s delivered - which isn’t always a given nowadays. Worth every penny - true quality indeed in every way.

Fantastic customer service
Fantastic customer service. Ordered a leather notebook cover, which arrived via DHL quickly. It was packaged well. A small item (a matching leather bookmark) was missing in the box and customer support dealt with it promptly the next day. Love the quality.
