I had until now 2 great experiences with Etravelsim. In December 2024 in New York and in Mai/June in Italy. So, on my next trip I will make another experience with it on Finland and for sure to any other trip Etravelsim will accompany me!

Fast internet. I made a mistake and they were able to solve my problem

When I travel , its always for a short time , but I need my Data, to communicate , to find location , to do searches etc etc , most provider never have a short period unlimited , untill someone told me about etravelsim, i got a 7 days unlimited Package that worked excellent for me , and i didn't have to top up like in the past .

When I arrived in Marrakesh I realised I could not use my normal data package s Someone in my group’s recommended ESIM so I went online & followed instructions. All seemed straightforward & not expensive & meant I did not need to worry about using up too much data

I purchased an Unlimited data plan from ETravelSim because I expected it to offer the best possible network and speed while traveling. I specifically chose this option because I rely on high-speed internet during my vacation. However, after just one hour of normal use, my connection slowed down so much that even basic websites wouldn’t load properly.

When I contacted customer support, they told me I had used up my daily high-speed limit – something that was never mentioned when I purchased the Unlimited plan. This makes no sense at all and is highly misleading. Unlimited should mean exactly that: no limits.

I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs reliable internet while traveling.

I use it for the first time and is works very well. I had a question on my data amount and the answer came really quickly.

This is the second time I’ve used this app. This 2nd time I had a problem but customer service resolved it easily. Thank you for the efficient service. I highly recommend this sim service

Bought a Unlimited Data Plan for Turkey and the esim is not usable at all. Did some light browsing and it doesn’t load up any websites even after 10 Minutes of loading time. Etravelsim says it’s fair use policy and I don’t have any high speed data anymore which wasn’t stated anywhere on the website except that the plan is unlimited. Customer service is very unprofessional and bad. Also non of the stated carriers does work only Telecom which has bad service

I purchased this with the thought that I will have unlimited data, HOWEVER there is a secret ‘fair usage’ that they do not inform you about until you start having issues with the sim- the fair usage means that you have 4GB a day… but I have supposedly unlimited data so why would I have a limit on my internet. Absolute scam totally not worth the money £22 spent to have a 4GB limit … HORRIBLE. It’s a scam DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

internet worked barley and in random times and places i asked them about this and said my internet was very bad and didn’t work in a lot of places once i did this they said to me you have limited data in a day and have ran out they did not inform me about any of this and if they did it would’ve been acceptable but they didn’t tell me about any limit and after that i asked for a refund they said to me i can only refund for what you have used and to me it sounds like that doesn’t make sense as it’s suppose to be unlimited and i think i just for scammed out of 21 pounds and i thought it was a trustable source but there reviews are very mixed whereas there is good reviews but in my dearest opinion they are all bots as this is a big fat scam and i will not be suggesting this to any friends or anything as its a waste of money and with a limit and i bought this on the 23rd didn’t use it until the 24th and it barley gave me any time also after 8pm it completely shut off for me

Internet did not work, only rarely. When I contacted them they suddenly introduced me to the fact that the data is NOT unlimited but rather 4GB a day which I was not told about whilst I was purchasing, it is a SCAM, and once I asked for a refund they said I can only get refunded what I have not used which makes no sense as it is meant to be 'unlimited’

Terrible experience with eTravelSIM. The internet kept cutting out constantly, making it completely unreliable. On top of that, there's a daily limit of just 4GB, which runs out ridiculously fast — and once it's gone, the connection becomes almost unusable. Definitely not worth the money. I paid for UNLIMITED INTERNET WHILE ON HOLIDAYS, NOT FOR 4GB A DAY. If i was aware of that o would never have purchased from Etravel sim.Would not recommend if you need stable internet while traveling.I wish I did more research before buying Limited 4gb "unlimited " internet.

Been trying all day to get my esim to work, I've used others with no problem but the qr code won't scan properly, I can't activate the esim and the help desk hasn't messaged or emailed me back.

This should be advertised more at the airport (Agadir) so people can purchase a safe alternative.i got aggressively panhandled at the airport and threatened the sellers with the police , searched online and got this deal. had a good signal coverage throughout the holiday. Fraudulent company that deletes all the negative comments from disgruntled customers on their facebook page! When i went to write a review there was 5 comments on their latest facebook post. 30 minutes later all comments vanished including mine! Purchased what was supposed to be a 7 day unlimited data plan. Halfway through the first day the Internet went very slow to the point it was unusable leaving me stranded in the middle of Morocco with data, no way to find my way back to my hotel. unable to send or receive WhatsApp due to the unbelievably slow connection. They have hidden conditions that will leave you stranded in the middle of a country with no data. Customer Support is non existent when finally getting a reply they informed me that I had used 4gb of data and that I will now have reduced speed (speed that is not usable in any case not even to make a WhatsApp call). I informed them of my issue and that I didn't understand how I had used 4gb already! When checking my data usage I had actually only used 1.5gb. DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY RELY ON YOUR DATA WHILE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY.

helpful customer service after they refunded me for accidentally buying the wrong esims, used whatsapp to contact them was hassle free will be using again in the future

Friendly and polite Customer service, resolved my issue.

Have used this service twice - once in Hong Kong and then in Sweden. No trouble connecting once I arrived in the country and had not encountered any problems throughout each stay.
Will use again and fully recommend them as they seem very efficient and reliable!
