Falsche Beratung, unberechtigte Kosten
Es wurde mir als langjähriger Steuerberatungskunde ein Antrag au Lohnsteuerermäßigung (Kinderfreibeträge) in Rechnung gestellt, obwohl ich nach mehrmaligen nachfragen fast sechs Monate darauf warten musste. Ebenfalls wurde ich bei der Steuerberatung bzgl. leerstehenden Mietwohnungen falsch beraten.
