Perfect

Perfect! The images already came framed and were even better than advertised and the whole process was smooth as can be. Shipping to AU was quicker than expected.
Special thanks to Jalen for the clear communication and helping in making the right choices for sizing.

Framed pictures arrived with cracked glass

Ordered 3 framed pictures but when they arrived 2 of them had cracked glass. Tried to contact Ethetic to request replacements but received no reply.

Subsequently, I received a reply from Ethetic, who said they would they would send replacements of the damaged pictures. I received these yesterday and they are in good condition. Thank you.

I’m really sorry to hear your frames arrived damaged. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.

I also wanted to clarify that the only message we received from your email came in shortly before this review was posted, and we have since sent a response. It’s possible your initial email hadn’t reached us, but we’re here and ready to help.

We offer free replacements on any items that arrive damaged, and we’ll get new frames sent out right away as soon as we receive photos of the damage.

Only 2 out of 3 posters turned up. Followed up and got a response from owner but then nothing happened, even after several further reminders. Beware -these guys are not very professional

Hi Alistair,

I’m really sorry about this and for how it was handled.

When the third poster was marked as delivered but hadn’t arrived, we opened an investigation with the shipping company. We didn’t receive a response from them, and unfortunately that led to us not following up with you as we should have. That’s completely our mistake.

I understand how frustrating this is, and I apologize for the lack of communication. We’ll be sending out a replacement for the missing item right away to make this right.
