Great products

I recently bought the mini pamper hamper and face wash and treated myself to a “home spa” experience and can honestly say the products are worth it.

I give 4 stars as I have only used the face wash for a week so can’t say I have allowed enough time to see significant results but it’s really refreshing and gentle on the skin.

The mask, scrub and bath salt are great.

I absolutely love this coco-hydrating…

I absolutely love this coco-hydrating combo especially the conditioner.i have very curly thick hair so it gets really dry,the conditioner has been amazing at making my hair manageable & I love the fact it doesn't have a strong smell💚.
Only thing is I wish the bottles were bigger ☺️,I still have the shampoo but my conditioner is already finished.

I bought their hydrating conditioner…

I bought their hydrating conditioner recently and it’s absolutely amazing. It has a lovely coconut/ ylang ylang smell and my hair smelt so good after. I love how defined my curls were and I have 4A/B natural hair. I can’t wait to make my next purchase.

I bought the clarifying face mask

I bought the clarifying face mask. A little goes a long way. I use in the areas which get more clogged for example to my cheeks where more pores are larger and to my nose area area. I leave it on for 10 minutes and facial sponge in warm water. Good delivery too.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. I have never received such bad service. The Scrub was part of the Stylist Live Goody bad and I ordered it on 14 Nov 2020. In the next month, sent 2 emails apologising for the delay stating they are a small company and have had supplier issues. Then on 8th Jan, i receive a notification that it has bee shipped. that is 2 months after the order. I am not sure where the supplies were coming from, maybe Timbuktu or Bora Bora. But if supplies take over 2 months to reach them, even in a Pandemic, I think they need to change supplier. Secondly it is now 23 Jan and I still have not received the product. So over 2 weeks after shipping and it is not here. Royal Mail seem to clearing the backlog the Christmas so it is taking longer than normal, yes but it should take more than 2 weeks. They could be sending the best scrub encrusted with 24 karat gold and it will not be worth it. 1. A goody bag is meant to entice customers and you are meant to be showing your best service to encourage customers to come back and buy. Is this your best service? If this your best service, i dread to think what s your worst service. if you this is how your business is conducted then I will not be spending money with you. All you have done is shown everyone who ordered the goody bag not to order from you and made them run away. 2. The Stylist Live event was not an impromptu event. I assume you had warning and requested to be a part of the goody bag. You knew the number of VIP customers and you knew how many orders to expect in a short space of time. Why on earth would you not have the products stocked up and ready to be shipped out? if you did not have the product ready to ship before the event, why did you sign the sign up to participate in the event? In business, you should not run before you walk. Grow organically and take on what you can realistically do. 3 months later and I still have not received my product and nowhere in sight, no tracking so you most definitely took on way too much and more than you can handle. Why sign up to ship out hundreds of packages within a few days but you have no product to send out? If you were aware of supplier issue before the event and I assume you were, you should have changed the offer and offered a voucher, a choice from limited products or pulled out entirely. This would have enabled you to focus on other customers during what was a busy time and nobody is disappointed. It could be the best product in the world but the service has unfortunately charred my experience.

I am sorry you are disappointed. I have looked into your order and can see that it was sent to you and a Royalmail reference was also provided. Royalmail have faced delays dating back to before Christmas and issued a statement themselves, we made our customers aware of this and provided the link to the Royalmail statement on their website. We are always honest and transparent with our customers. Royalmail delays are out of our control but unfortunately impacted us as a business and you as the consumer and all I can do is sincerely apologise.

I have looked into this further and if you have a look at the Royalmail statement and list that we provided you will see that yours is one of the areas according to the address used for your order. Your location is one of the top 5 on that list (do not want to disclose your location of course)

Love the Ethereal Experience

The overall experience of purchasing from Ethereal is flawless from the easy to use website to the elegant and sophisticated packaging. The website is hugely intuitive and beautifully designed, the product pictures are true to as they are online. Love it.

Very very bad experience.I don’t know…

Very very bad experience.I don’t know much about the product- I didn’t have the chance.14/11/2020 was Stylist event, people who got VIP tickets could get the goodies. I did redeem my gifts with my unique numbers, but of course
something went wrong and I didn’t get my gifts. First I have received an update- due to COVID will be dely , another update after two weeks still waiting for the ingredients and today that there’s no orders and they don’t have to send me anything. Ok my stupid mistake was I didn’t take the photo, but as a guest I did order my product. The only thing I got is NOTHING.
I do not recommend Ethereal to anyone

We asked you for an order number, email address and email confirmation from us numerous times as we have no record of the order you say you placed with us. You provided an order confirmation from a different company and we made you aware of this. 2YAHHWZ7 is not an Ethereal Hair and Skin Care order number. Our order numbers are made up of 4 digits only. Even if you placed an order with us as a guest as you say, you still would have receives an email confirmation and a 4 digit order number.

With regards to emails from us, if you are subscribed to our mailing list which you are, you will receive emails from us. You do not need to have placed an order to be on our mailing list.

As mentioned to you over email, if you can provide an email confirmation and or a 4 digit order number from us we can look into your query again.

The products are great with a speedy…

The products are great with a speedy delivery - I love the Glow Boost facial oil as it always leaves my skin with a radiant glow and the leave-in conditioner consistency is thicker in consistency which is exactly what I need!

The customer service is top notch as they’re always on hand to answer questions and no ask is too much! It’s great to see hair products which are made with 4C hair in mind - it has helped to hydrate my hair a lot more and I can’t wait to try out my shampoo and conditioner!
