Mom will be with me forever
I had never been aware of the ability to have a diamond made from ashes until I saw Mark Cuban on Shark Tank. When my Mom passed away in March 2023, my sister and I started the process. Mom had her homecoming last week in the form of a beautiful blue diamond set in a ring that me and the design team designed to give Mom the tribute she deserved. The diamond is gorgeous and the color looks just like her blue eyes. The Eterneva team is so caring and patient. We have only good things to say about the team and the process. Already people that have seen my ring are so impressed and happy to learn about the process of honoring a lost loved one and keeping them with you forever. Thank you Kelly Gibson and Mima for all of you help and care with Mom.

The best experience in such a trying time
From the moment I reached out about having a diamond made with my son’s ashes, literally everyone was amazing to work with. Such compassion, kindness, empathy, and clear joy for what they do. I could tell they took pride in their jobs and working for this company which to me spoke volumes. I was informed of every step of the process, before, during, and after. When my diamond reached the setting stage they went above and beyond to ensure that the band was done in time so he could go with me on a trip with my husband. Austin always wanted to see the world and now he can. I feel like thank you is does not even begin to express how grateful I am to everyone involved.

My Eterneva experience
My memorial diamond, created from a combination of my hair and my twin sister's ashes took almost 18 months, considerably longer than I was told when I embarked on this journey with Eterneva in late 2022. That said, I would still rate my experience as 5 stars based on the finished diamond, the communication during the process and all of the changes/updates focused on transparency and expectation-setting that Eterneva has made to their website during the last year. You can really tell that they recognized and learned from the scaling or operational issues that led to not being able to meet earlier timelines and have made all corrections possible. This further confirms my trust in Eterneva as an honest and compassionate partner during one's grief journey and allows me to recommend them to others today and in the future without hesitation.
