Had a really good experience with ETC tax. I approached them in the midst of a divorce needing urgent advice relating to liabilities arising from complex tax matters involving my ex-husband's company. They were flexible in the service they could provide, prompt, with great communication and detailed advice in relation to potential liabilities.

I recently worked with ETC Tax on some financial matters and I have to say, I had a mixed experience. On the one hand, their help with VAT was fantastic. They were efficient, effective, and really helped me navigate the complexities of that process.

However, when it comes to self-assessment returns, I would not recommend their services. I signed an agreement with them and their initial fees were reasonable. But as soon as the tax year ended and there was no new information to review, they suddenly started making up excuses and tried to charge me £7.000 instead of the agreed £2.000. It became clear to me that some people with certain expertise had left their company, and now they were trying to push the bill to their customers.

I required in-depth detail knowledge on my affairs which required a firm of experts to collate information from me.
ETC ACTED for me on my affairs and I can CONFIRM you will be “VERY HARD PUSHED” , to find another “SPECIALIST” firm, that have expert skills to achieve OUTSTANDING OUTCOMES !

I have engaged ETC for their SERVICES and their EXPERT SKILLS.

ETC achieved “ MY OBJECTIVES” and more importantly they DELIVERED what THEY CLAIM they do!

This firm in my experience are
“HEAD and SHOULDERS” for anyone who requires any of their efficient services that they offer .

This firm is 12/10 and I have to shout them out from the roof tops.
Outstanding “DIRECTION” and “GUIDANCE” from start to finish with complete transparency!

Very negligent company. Paid £6,000 to have my taxes filed, a few months later I have seen that the tax calculations were completely wrong!! I provided every single exchange and transaction I made in the year but ETC Tax lost track of significant trades, leaving me with a much bigger tax bill to pay than first expected and put me at a massive risk of receiving a fine from HMRC. Also can not seem to take ownership of their mistake, their approach to making things right is requesting £350/hr to correct their own wrongdoing.

Smashing service, fast, easy and genuine, can not thank ETC enough for helping me through my claim, highly recommend!
