Great shipping

I'm English so have no clue what this is saying, that's on me. What isn't on me is waiting for a parcel for 28 days... Very fast customer service response, very slow delivery....

The site is super easy to navigate and ordering was straight forward, which was much appreciated.

I like the options to get travel sets and the discovery set looks great.

Dispatch was quick and arrived in a matter of days with lovely packaging. I very much liked the booklet describing each scent, that was a nice touch.

Looking forward to trying these scents out.

I’ve ordered the little boxes of four samples twice now, because I just can’t decide which fragrances to buy full size, and obviously I can’t buy them all 😂. The samples are very inexpensive, (even taking into consideration the shipping from France), and each 2ml mini comes in its own mini box so that they’re easy to tell apart (since I now have 8 minis this is particularly useful). The fragrances themselves project well, and last all day. I chose the samples based on notes that I knew I liked and whilst they were not necessarily what I expected I haven’t been disappointed (I can’t smell the rose in intense incense rien at all but that might just be me). Ghost in the shell is absolutely beautiful, as is jasmine et cigarette, closely followed by 500 years, intense incense rien, and dangerous complicity. Deciding between them is going to be tough.

This is a pure joy of becoming a part of a phenomenon or a scene, which start their performance, once it touches my skin.
When testing each of the perfumes, I purposely did not read any description and let the perfumes tell me their stories personally, and... INCREDIBLE... the descriptions of the concepts behind each perfume are the REAL ARCHITECTURE and each time, it was a strong experience, feeling into it.

ELdO is a brand, offering me phylosophy, a new sight, new opinion, a new skin and body, or maybe... my charismatic demon from the deep. Sometimes, a mother's protective hug, or an ABSOLUTE cleanliness, as if I set myself free from the sins for as long as the perfume is still performing on my skin.

Genius... and absolutely not for everyone to experience. But try it... if you dare :)

I buy way too many perfumes, and this was the best blind purchase of a discovery set I can remember. Both the actual fragrances and intensity of the individual scents are great.

Amazing Delivery, arrived to the UK a couple of Days after ordering. Received a free sample of "Above the Waves" which is a Lovely Fragrance, gave it a wear the next day and Loved it!!! I bought a Discovery Set, which I am going to put into an Advent Calendar, using the booklet Provided for the notes of the Fragrances. I am Excited to Discover lots of new Fragrances over the festive season!!!

Good luck trying to enquire about anything. Etat Libre d'Orange do not respond to messages from either their online website message system or the alternative email they provide. Messaged them with a straightforward query on both, gave it more than a week. They didn't respond. Shockingly bad service.

I have been looking to change my fragrance for 5 years and it has been a nightmare trying to find anything as rich complex and all encompassing that my skin likes, as the scents/work of Kurkdjian's Aqua collection.

I was expecting to be dissappointed again, but my first 2 scents have been lovely and I am saving the 2 other testers as surprises.

If you’re considering ordering from them because of the 2 free samples, don’t bother. It’s a lie to get you to buy from them, they don’t send the complimentary samples out anymore BUT they gladly still advertise that on their website. Add to that the questionable origin of their name (colonialism anyone?) and I am thoroughly done with this perfume house.

The packaging and perfume were impeccable and wonderful. I had to write a lot of letters about the tracking number of the parcel, which for some reason did not exist. I had to wait a very long time for a small parcel, several months. The perfume is wonderful, the communication is good, but the order delivery is poor
